    Loea Kumu Kawaikapuokalani Hewett (many people know him as Uncle Frank Hewett). Started to study under Kumu Kawaikapu in June 2006.

  • Yes, this was recorded with the ISight from our iMac computer. The bow on the ho`okele is to simulate the sails from the double hull canoe that's sailing over the ocean. This is a hula in the making and Nani wanted to share her Mommie and me moment with the world. Mahalo nui Auntie Amy for this beautiful mele! You and Daniel are the bomb! Love, Puanani (Nani's Mom).
