Nice cat! Back straps off healthy cats are delicious, cook them like a pork tenderloin off the bbq grill. The famous trappers and frontiersman wrote about lion being the best meat the land had to offer think about it, they eat elk deer and small game everything we like to eat ( hunters) Good job guys!
why the hell would you leave it over night without at least gutting it? you could have gotten a lot better meat than sausage out of it if you thought that through better.
