You were talking about getting a Tanaka hedge trimmers. Owning a Tanaka chainsaw I would say they are decent but you'd probably be a lot happier going with Shindaiwa, what sort of price difference is there?
I wish Shindaiwa were more developed in the UK, I've got a Shindaiwa M242 with hedge trimmers and strimmer and a T18, but it's hard to get Shindaiwa chainsaws (which they still market here). I'll make a video with my equipment sometime
