  • oh my goddddddddddddddddddd

  • Now this is music im tingling, frankie has such a good voice combined with a simple sound absolutely kills it. Fuck the ungrateful crowd

  • WHITE POWER

  • I thought it was just Frankie Valli that did this and not The Four Seasons?

  • @kmhornak it was a solo single. the 4 Seasons played the instrumental part.****

  • @d4seasons Not so sure about that. This song was Valli's solo hit and according to Jersey Boys, they were broken up when this song was a made.

    Check out wikipedia.

  • @kmhornak that play was probably exaggerated. as far as i know f. valli left the 4 seasons in late 1977 or early 1978. he reunited w/ them in 1980. anyway thanks for writing. coming this aug. 2012 the 4 seasons will be celebrating 50 years. ****

  • We saw him last night at WinStar and he is still fabulous. Unbelievable. God is great.

  • What a great performance of a great song.I remember listening to this song in the 60's on the jukebox when it came out. They just can't write songs like this anymore.A true classic.

  • ariana sent me! Love her!

  • The Season s starting to change the music sence. As you can see by this piece of work, they were moving to the Vegas style showrooms. They could do it. Good for them. They opened the doors for many others.

  • Love this ! Try listening to the Muse version, another great one, especially live… there's an audience for you!

  • Class act,cool post!

  • what a lame audience

  • Frankie Valli is a great & talented entertainer and Jersey Boys is brilliant

  • Super bueno!!! música de verdad, y de hermosos recuerdos

  • classic song! there is an L.A. band that is like channeling frankie valli and the four seasons but with a jazz vibe. ck them out.

    search cinnamon doll jazz

  • #198 cant take my off of you the four sesons

  • Just one of the most fabulous singers of all time. He has spanned so many decades. Incredible. The hit songs he has made are monumental, both solo and with the Four Seasons. Some of the absolute most memorable songs ever. Millions of us just go crazy and sing the songs out loud till this day. This song is unreal - he just busts out ...."I love you baybey!!... and if it's quite all right I NEED you baybeh....!"

  • Plays during the bar scene in "The Deerhunter", right before the boys head off to Nam. The last "feel-good" moment in that awesome movie.

Well, maybe next to last. When Deniro wastes the VC playing Russian Roulette - that felt good too.

  • Absolutely wonderful voice! I saw Jersey boys In LA a few years back. Did everyone know he played in the HBO series "Sopraneos" (cant spell) His characters name was Rusty.look it up on IMDB.com, he was in season 5and mayb 6 as well.

  • 53 people thought it said dis i like

  • I saw Jersey Boys the other night with my family. I didn't know who they were, but I loved it. This song particularly - I knew it from 10 things I Hate About You, and I had no idea it was theirs! Amazing, genius Frankie Valli. (or Vally, lol.)

  • Awesome! An ultimate musical experience . Thank you, Frankie.

  • Just saw Jersey Boys in NYC...wow! What a show

  • I am 21 years old and grew up on music like Frankie Valli and Jay Black. I think it is likely due to my father being a kid from the Bronx. Whatever the case, I know a lot of young people can relate to my experiences driving in the car with my dad listening to these amazing songs at the age of 5.

My message is this... influence your friends to listen to this stuff. It is the only way it can survive! They know the tunes. They just need to understand the importance of the artist as well!

  • hes going to be at the Borgata in AC in March

  • hes going to be at the Borgata in AC in March

  • You're not really having a good time until you pick your nose @ 1:13

  • AWESOME! :)

  • Jersey boys got me loving this even more :)

  • Thank God for this video. I couldn't find it . Its a fantastic song at, "I Love you baby..." at 1:26

  • You never know..I met Frankie Valli and Dion at the rock and roll hall of fame years ago and Frankie was a VERY nice man and DION turned out to be a jerk..wouldnt sign my program and tore his page out of the book .he thought it was funny...ruined my program..those seats cost 1K a plate, but I think Dion was drunk by the time I met him..

  • saw the show last year ,cant wait to see it again

  • 1:10 to 1:23 are the best parts of the song

  • The girls in the video are pretty.

  • 1:16 NIGHTMARE

  • the crowd looks so bored. LOL im more excited then them!

  • Great Song.

  • I got to 1:24 and I was like ... WHOA. I don't know this song but it's so familiar!

  • @ucerealb maybe it reminded you of the MUSE version of this song.

  • it's a great song

  • the girl at 1:15 looks like Julia Stiles, who for those who don't know, was the main actress in "10 things I hate about you", in which Heath Ledger sang this song to her.

  • Growing up in Scotland in the 60's/70's,their music was briliiant,no wonder we were happy children then, pity we can't turn back the clock, ours today are doing without, shame !!!!!

  • This music will never date. Go see Jersey Boys - it's fantastic!!!

  • Just saw Jersey Boys and it was great.

  • love love this song...

  • About a billion times better than what little "music" you hear on the radio today.

  • @Lockemeister

I almost never listen to FM radio. It's pointless. Programming directors have not guts any more.

  • @Lockemeister Little music? You actually found some?

  • @StanBennet You caught me! I was trying to be polite for the younger folks today. nope I haven't found really any newer music listenable or worth remembering. the exception is on Canadian radio stations that you can stream on the internet. In Canada, there are a few folks still turing out listenable music. Try CHYM or CKWR. I live in GA, but try to stream these stations because they are ok to listen to.

  • @Lockemeister yeah I used to be a cynical asshole like you, but I have changed.

Anyways, you are entitled to your opinion.

  • Even the pissed off girl at 1:15 smiles a bit :p

  • @Flatlegs LOL!

  • Awesome, wish I was there to hear it live

  • Anyone who hates this song is a tosser

  • OMG! 1:07 is my great grandmother! Did she really look that hot!?!?

  • @lenardpoon is it true ?

  • @lenardpoon wow! how did you know it was her?

  • sometimes i wish i lived in bensonhurst in the 60s

  • No you don't. Believe me.

Hollywood has heavily mythologized the Bk'lyn of that time, with its cheerful "doo wop" guys and gals and "tough talking" Guidos. In reality, it kinda sucked...but there were worse places to grow up, I guess.

  • nah, you're right, i'm aware that it actually sucked and that most folks wanted, more than anything, to get out of there and eventually live in neighborhoods like mine.

but coming from that sort of background, and receiving a lot of my impressions of that neighborhood from my parents, who kind of played into that mythology in retrospective, i guess i wouldn't know.

Aside from that, J & V's pizza really is some of the best slice pizza i've ever had.

  • Yeah, Bkyn pizza is STILL the best, anywhere. Now THAT I miss!.

  • me 2

  • hehe, love that guy above. XD

But the rowd really seems a little bored

  • if you enjoy this song, listen to my 18 year old son performing it. he did a great job

  • I wish they would've performed the whole song

  • This was in the Deer Hunter!

Quizás estás pensando en la canción "I've Got My Eyes on You"?

  • amiga rachelazw: tienes razón el confundido soy yo, discúlpame es verdad, estaba pensando en te llevo bajo mi piel. Saludos y suerte.
