  • not bad... if i could suggest to use the sustain pedal to help smoothly transition between chords, and also keep pressing the keys until the very last moment when you need to change notes. This minimizes the empty gaps in between the chords. Lastly, during the two piano sections, you can make that more expressive by adding a crescendo and decrescendo to follow the rising and falling of the chord progression.

  • You should have done it on an actual piano

    it sucks

  • ...great job...I'm learning this now.....and I'm just recuperating from a broken arm!.....Chopin is the best.....

  • i think it's a little too slow...

  • @thepromman it's supposed to be played slowly

  • @emilytorine i know :P just personal taste, you know?

  • hey i have that same sexy keyboard xD and nice job

  • stop mashing the keys.

  • I really hate people who critique other people's performances on youtube, but I'm gonna say it anyways. I think you did a great job playing it, but the piano is a little too bright. Otherwise I'm lovin it.

  • @C33Four I don't like it when people are mean on here, either....that's why I have not made any videos of myself playing, singing, etc. Hahaha! He is doing a fine job on this, isn't he?

  • I have played this piece, and personally enjoy more pedal. But good job all the same.

  • thats a good bar of soap there

  • Very good played.

  • I think I prefer this version to your quicker one; it is quite the pleasure to enjoy. Please keep it up!

  • Nice work !!

Is it a P85 ? Are you using it as a MIDI controller ? I have a P85 , too. And i'm interested about use this as a MIDI controller.

  • Thanks, yeah I'm using a P-85 Yamaha as a midi controller for the piano software instrument

  • @PianoBloke Are you playing with the sound of your keyboard or with the sound from your Program ? Im just asking because I have latency problems at faster pieces...

  • @wmguitarjam : I believe PB did a great job on this beautiful peace, but I didn't like looking at the performance upside down! Angle of the video needs to be reversed. Other than that it's fine.

  • i love how you slide your fingers when you play the left hand

    xDD

I gotta try that whenever i play this

    lol

    But very nice playing!

  • hey, try looking for the notes before you jump to them, you seem to spend a lot of time in the gaps between the notes not playing anything at all! this video much better than the first tho! much improved :)
