Actually, an Ice Pick is used to carved out ice, for Ice Sculptures, the thing the other person is refering to is an Ice Climbing tool, it's name escapes me. -_-

My original plan was to do The Suffering, but that game didn't work. A friend gave me Silent Hill 4 and said "do this". But yeah, I'm a huge fan of Vega, he gave me the idea to do an LP at all.
