It looks like the driver left the scene of the accident. An honest person would have stopped. If they were afraid they could have stopped a safe distance away and called the cops. Even if the driver was not at fault I think he still should have stayed at the scene until help arrived.

Yeah, I am pretty quick on a sport bike too. I won't ride anything else. I have made minor mistakes with visual directional control but nothing as extreme as this video. I think his problem could have something to do with lack of experience and target fixation. A typical mistake for a novice rider. After I got the bike off of his ankle, he gave me shit and wanted to fight me because I was riding a Honda motorcycle. No reason to stop. Can't say i blame them for driving off. He had plenty of help from his fellow bikers. They can call a tow truck to pull his bike out of the foliage, or an ambulance if he obtained injuries. Plus the biker has a better chance of fooling his insurance if the (not so sympathetic) witnesses drive off.

After I got the bike off of his ankle, he gave me shit and wanted to fight me because I was riding a Honda motorcycle. No reason to stop. He had plenty of friends to help and the auto driver was not involved in the accident. Fuck him for being stupid. He needs to look where he wants the bike to go. Fucking novice.

double yellow line dumbass! my neighbor got sued for turning into his driveway as some putz going the SAME way was passing seven cars at an estimated 80mph in a 30 and a no passing zone,the bike hit my neighbors car and glanced off into his yard, putz was roadrashed a bit but survived and tried to sue. it was thrown out of court in first five minutes by the judge. Bikes are great but use your brain!

Can't say i blame them for driving off. He had plenty of help from his fellow bikers. They can call a tow truck to pull his bike out of the foliage, or an ambulance if he obtained injuries. Plus the biker has a better chance of fooling his insurance if the (not so sympathetic) witnesses drive off.

its not the bike its the rider. when he went around the car there was the ditch coming up and he didnt think to lean to the right and look right (you want to look through the direction you want to turn orelse mentally u wont turn as well in that direction)he was thinking ohshit instead of turning.
