Just think how much of what you see to the right wasn't there a dozen years ago. Only Thorpe Station (remember that name?) and the Yacht Station. They didn't need to bring out the emergency services in force every Friday and Saturday night then, either.

I don't think that hire craft are allowed beyond that bridge. So this may be why it only went that far.

if you can sneak under bishopsgate bridge it goes a fair old way up there past the cow tower and is quite a nice chug
