ohh i think your talking about speed building......its where u get a few workers to build a building at the same time(only human can do it) u select a few workers then just click on the building being made.(i think this is what your asking :P)

ahhh now i get ya....thats the replay screen....when u save a game"save replay" u go offline to main menu and u go to "replay" and u watch the games u save and thats where u get the seep up option.
