if you enter in the world as he suggest, the water is in max level so you can swim to reach the cannon.

how did you figure out that the height of the water depended on how high you jumped into the picture?

I just had nothing to do. So I just jumped into the painting a different way. When I got to the course the water was very high. It was something that just popped out.

WAIT!!! you can get out of the town even if you drain the water.

Well it depends on when u leave the town. If u r in the town for a long time then try to get out u won't be able to. If u r only in there fir a short time u can get out. Thats what I've seen after playing this game.

No. It depends on how long u stay in the town. I think.

No, you really can't. Because if you drain the city and then refill it again, the water level will not be as high as it was from jumping high into the picture, so whilst you can swim back through the tunnel, when you arrive at the other side, you can't jump high enough to jump the fence. So effectively, you can't return to the other part of the level.
