@Snakemast345 I've already sold it to someone who surely enjoys it. It's Youtube user nanakimurasaki and it was his first-ever ocarina. He seemed pleased with its sound and he made a video within the first few days of receiving it :)
@Snakemast345 I have a 6-hole Songbird Zelda replica; a 10-hole Dunster Zelda; a plastic 12-hole Solist (I'm giving that to my niece); a 5-hole ClayZ Zelda rep; a 12-hole STL tenor; a silver-glazed 7-hole Dunster; a 4-hole cat ocarina I made but never sold; and a couple of other ocarinas I never got fired or sold including my contrabass-C, two tenors and an experimental one-handed ocarina that I never sold; two that were made by another Youtube user.
@OcarinaTycoon Cool. You said you have a replica of Songbird's OOT. Did you buy it from there? I want one, but my money is low, I have to wait a while.
It's actually in a rather similar range to Mr. Langley's bass ocarina. If you look at the Related Videos on the right of this video, you'll find one entitled, "Langley bass ocarina." ;-) All the same, thanks :-D
Ah, yes, I understand now... I'll make a new video, or just use this one linked to the Ebay page upon which this (or the other) video will be displayed, with the sound demonstration giving its sound quality and range. When I do link it, I'll place it in the video description, and try to give the link at the bottom of the video throughout the entire video.
Hey you could offer it up as a trade too , but I can see you don't seem very happy with it. I know I wouldn't want to trade one of my "Lesser" ocarinas. I'd feel I was cheating them :p But I suppose you could offer it for a trade and people can see and hear what it's like through here.
That way they know what they're getting and say whether they'd want it or not :)
I have an old rusted oil drum. I dug a two-foot deep hole, placed some oak or some other hardwoods in the pit, bought a grating and used that as shelves to hold the ocarinas. The drum acts as a sort of "oven" to trap heated air from the burning wood.
I'm still fairly beginner but you can definitely see a progression from ocarina to ocarina.....I know they can start building up and taking space but I figure it's cool to hang on to some of them, just to look back on so I've started hanging some of the not so great ones, but still look alright on my wall.
Didn't think the sound was all that bad, sounded pretty decently tuned and due to the size, the slight airiness can even give it a bit of a spooky effect.
Yeah, it's possible that I could keep it, but I really wouldn't want to keep it. I mean... I made it! lol. So, I want someone else to have it. As long as it finds a good home to go to :-)
its pretty

You should contact SongBirdOcarinas . com and see if they could sell it, or check Ebat=y, or just sell it to someone you know locally.

just wondering. can you fire the crayola air-dry clay, because it says on the container to not fire it.
Hanible666 2 years ago
You probaby shouldn't just to be on the safe side. If you get oven bake clay, you can fire it in the oven in either one or two hours.
OcarinaTycoon 2 years ago
yeah iv'e put some in the oven to see if it was heat resistant but it just lit of fire lol

On ebay now, if you'd like to see it.

can you post a link when you do put it on ebay?
22killz 2 years ago
That's what I have done before, because anyone watching should always have a chance to view it :-)

It sounded great to be a home made ocarina.
I want to learn how to make a home made one too, I've seen home made ones that don't sound very good but this one is great!
jackspace111 2 years ago
I might get back into making them, I think. Don't hold that to me, though. :-P lol, thank you by the way.
OcarinaTycoon 2 years ago
you should do a youtube givaway, i want that thing so bad.
Emrald569 2 years ago
I don't know how I'd go about doing so, so I'll think about it. That's two suggestions for a Youtube giveaway so far.

u can sell it or do a youtube giveaway

Interesting ideas. I'll have to consider both options.
