Macroevolution happens as a result of a lot of microevolution. A dinosaur might evolve to become smaller and quicker - still the same species. Another of the same dinosaur might become thinner and evolve feathers - still the same species to the original. But then if you try and get the two to mate, they cannot. They are not longer the same species. Capitalising your words is making no difference in your idiotic case.
The science of evolution is like a detective on a homicide scene. The exact crime happened once and only once, and he can pick up evidence and study the environment to create a timeline and work out what happened. He does not have to see the crime repeated to know what happened, otherwise he'd be a shit detective. In much the same way, the evolution of species happened over a long period of time and each event happened only once, but we can still work out what happened.

The layers indicate a very obvious pattern. There are no dinosaurs abover a certain layer, at all - called the K-T boundary. The boundary itself is full of iridium deposits, commonly found in asteroids and not on the Earth's surface...

I think it's normal to fear the unknown. It's also normal to fear death, but irrational to believe the things they do pertaining to it. I think that these videos were made only for the purpose of entertainment. If the makers had wanted to convey literal evidence to support their argument, they would have done so. Another of the same dinosaur might become thinner and evolve feathers - still the same species to the original. But then if you try and get the two to mate, they cannot. The science of evolution is like a detective on a homicide scene. The exact crime happened once and only once, and he can pick up evidence and study the environment to create a timeline and work out what happened. He does not have to see the crime repeated to know what happened, otherwise he'd be a shit detective. 4. Incorrect - it's called Abiogenesis.
Evolution explains the origin of species, i.e. the complexity of life, as opposed to the start of life. What you have done is postulated a more complex being of higher intellignece than us to explain our own complexity. My point is that you now need to explain the complexity of the higher intelligence, which is still done by Evolution.

Natural selection indeed chooses from existing traits. Caused by mutations which do in fact create new information. How do you explain the natural arrival of nylon-eating bacteria? Nylon is synthetic and has been around since 1930ish. Bacteria produce new information to allow them to digest the synthetic. Evolution adapts creatures to what is around them.

Evolution is not a faith. It is a scientific theory, which holes equal weight to the Theory of Gravitation, the Theory of Electromagnetism, The Theory of Quantum Mechanics, Atomic Theory, Germ Theory, the Heliocentric Theory, the Theory of Special Relativity and many, many others.
It is a body of knowledge supported by masses of evidence, making predictions which always come true and is consistently and factually affirmed by the latest discoveries.

Very recently a species emerged which was a reptile which expanded into a colder mountain regions and began to give birth to live young. It was essentially a snake with vestigial legs from it's lizard past. So I guess this would be a creationist definition of a "transitional form". This creature is basically half reptile, half mammal. There's "macro-evolution" for you. Or just Evolution.

From this we gathered that an asteroid wiped out the dinosaurs - that was a hypothesis. Recently it becomes a theory when masses of evidence comes up to support it. I think it's normal to fear the unknown. It's also normal to fear death, but irrational to believe the things they do pertaining to it. Anyone willing to comfort them and defend their belief that they have a second eternal life are going to be given their undivided attention. Anyone who says otherwise, no matter how rational are going to get ignored or worse. Either way, I don't think either answer really says exactly why they can be so delusional.

You used a very loose definition of faith that means "trust", for example: "trust or understanding that something will happen consistent with what happens almost all the time."
When using the word faith toward a religion, the common definition is "a very strong belief in something regardless of whether it has sufficient evidence to back up the claim."
It's what we call blind faith, or just "faith" for short.

If we really are just chemical mixtures as evolution suggests, no evolutionist should be outraged or annoyed at those of a different belief any more than they would become outraged or annoyed at vinegar and baking soda reacting. After all, humans are just progressing chemicals. To argue for evolution in this way would be to logically deny evolution. Evolutionists must borrow presuppositions from the Bible in order to defend their claim. This video is nothing more than a temper rage.

I disagree with religion, buth both Dawkins and Maher have videos where they talk to Priest (or pastors, or fathers, or whatever they're specific title is) who are very smart and reasonable. The difference is that while I still disagree with them, they're smart about it. The videos however aren't.

I think that these videos were made only for the purpose of entertainment. If the makers had wanted to convey literal evidence to support their argument, they would have done so. But even if they had, I doubt that either you or LatumWay would consider their assertions, because they would challenge your worldview. And we can't have THAT now can we?

But the evidence would also have to be factual. If they supported evolution but said there's proof we came from Primordial goo and monkeys I would be just as pissed off. I don't know about you, but to me, scientific "theory" seems to be an assumption rather than hard evidence.
Gravity is a law. It has been tested, and we experience it every day. But macro-evolution is still in the theory stage.

@cmaker11 'Adapting to our environments' is essentially evolution, look at the Dodo, when it no longer needed to fly to pick fruit from trees, over time it lost it's unnecessary ability to fly. Secondly, your point about the big bang being caused. Nobody knows what caused the big bang. That's all there is too it. At some point in history people brought the idea of a deity that must have created everything, atheism is simply saying I don't believe you, because you lack evidence, please respond :)
