That moped actually hit a taxi, it wasn't a cop car ramming the two guys on the moped. Unless it was a cop who had commandeered the taxi, which I doubt. And who the fuck would want to joyride on a silly little moped anyway?
If it is a one way tunel, how is police allowed to chase someone that way surely it is against the law even know they are police!
if so why did the rider saw the taxi so late? riders have 80% more view from a bike than from a car. I believe the taxi over took the car that was slowing down because of blue lights ahead and the taxi driver just thought wow blue lights let me over take and get in the way of the police.

it's amazing what adrenaline does for people. you see on so many vids like this when people are getting chased, get into a huge accident, then they just get up and run off like nothing happened.
