Possibly, a KONE elevator. Why I say this is because the chime, the indicator, and I have seen KONE elevators with these fixtures. It could also be a GAL elevator just like the Monument Terrace elevator.
Why does that elevator stop at a set of doors with just a handrail in front, it would make sense to remove it unless that's there for emergencyr escues, but I wonder if that floor has a call button outside, as f not it's a good chance of people getting stuck.
Is there a certificate inside the elevator? If so, it may list the brand on there. I don;t know. I wish Pennsylvania would list the brand on their certificates.

What is that copper-like circle on the floor for? I think the fixtures are Epco Fixtures. The elevator itself might be KONE or MontgomeryKONE. I'm just gussing, maybe its Otis or KONE, most likely KONE, least likely Otis.

They are actually GAL Fixtures. It is of their Jet Plus line.
