Yes, here in Hobart, this ID set was the last we saw of Southern Cross's blue-screen TV set, with stars logo. In 2000 when Seven updated to the red ribbon logo, Southern Cross went with a round yellow Tas tiger (that only lasted about five years though).
I must say, "The One To Watch" series of IDs in 1999 were my fave from Seven. It's been all down hill from there...
