Well, jig, we can point fingers at any and everyone. The fact is the Christians didn't start the trouble although they certainly tried to defend themselves per the Phalange
and the SLA.
Iran and Syria are the biggest problems in Lebanon and have been since they became BFF.
So, the Palies are never gonna have a homeland unless Isreal is "driven to the sea." Peace has zero chance.
Meanwhile, the World's "agenda" is to stop the madness but here come Hamas and I/J in Gaza. Uh, oh.

I have trouble believing you are Druze. We Druze in Lebanon never really involved ourselves in the whole Lebanon/Israel crap. Why did the Hezbos attack my village? As one Druze stated "Hezbollah must have got lost on the way to Tel-Aviv and attacked us instead".
I don't want the Syrians to return and Hezbollah is Syrian.

Aiwa, we Druze are the toughest warriors in the region. Even our lost brethren in Israel represent the IDF's best units and most elite.
During the war in 2006 an all Druze battalion called "Herev" which someone told me means "sword" in Israeli, anyway they were in Lebanon for all 34 days killed 50 Hezbollah and didn't suffer a SINGLE casualty.

BooB, My good friend. I am atheist. I am an Arab nationalist. I believe in Lebanon because it is the creme of the crop. What I speak of is not based on being Druze. Our people existed long before you israeli tribes roamed north africa into the near east. Western civilization was founded by Arabs. Don't kid yourself. Oil corrupted us and gave the greedy cultures a reason to exploit us. We have had issues with religion that has set us back. In the big picture, it's all temporary.

Hezbollah will soon be an occupier and they themselves will feel what it is like to have a resistance go against them. It will be ultimately ironic.

The undeniable reality is Hizballah is the only force that can defend Lebanon. Jumblatt is the only politician who's alliance is not clear as if it is for or against lebanon...such as the case for Geagea. Both men have proven lack of lebanese unity.
The only thing that matters is the end result. Jumblatt doesn't have a functional militia his men are not controlling the streets.

The Druze inflicted more Damage on the Hezbos then the other way around. 25 Hezbollah were killed and 3 Iranians captured. The Druze kicked the Hezbos so bad that Hezbo brought in its "resistance" weapons and fired mortars and missiles at the towns.
THe Druze told Hezbo to kiss their ass and still aren't handing over their weapons.
Hezbollah miscalculated badly.
