Just flag this as Animal Abuse if you don't like the way he's threating the poor parrot. If we all do that they surely must take this Animal Abuse video offline. ( Thumbs up so others can see this too? ).
Dude people.. that's not a cockroach and a dead bird. -.- A cockroach would never just stand there while someone scraps a chair around. The parrot dropped a feather when he was moving around on the ground. The "dead bird" is a rag on the floor. You see it earlier in the video before she starts moving the camera around. And the bird's NOT SCARED. It's curious.
this is an old parrot-you can tell by his feathers and he has been traumatized his whole life. i would pay money to watch this man be tied to chair where hundreds of parrots pecked his eyes out.
this parrot isn't scared.... he is posturing because he is curious. I have a Zon...and I think it is a brave person who walks around with bare toes in front of a posturing Amazon.. this is a pretty bird,.he looks well taken care of and he is not freaking out in any way !!
to all you idiotic people out there: If the parrot is really freaked out the the chair, it wouldn't be walking around slowing in circle. It would just flap its wing rapidly and scurry the hell out of there in 5 seconds (even though they can't fly doesn't mean they don't flap their wings. Learn your parrot facts before judging
Yay I am the 600th person to dislike this video. I hope that after having 600 people view what you do negatively, you will stop annoying your bird. I hope your beautiful bird bites your face!

OMG...is that a dead bird on the floor?? It looks like a cockatoo. This is dumb. She is annoying the bird. It doesn't matter if he/she is displaying him/herself. I've had a parrot for 15 years. This is not the sort of amusement they like.
none of you's would'nt probly read this, but if you do, please answer my question?
i'm 14 and i allways wanted to be a vet, i just love animals, and i just need to know 1 question,
what are the requirements to become a fully qualified vet? like do i have to have A in science? or have a year 12 certificate? or something like that? please please answer!
please thumbs this up so people can see, and maby someone can answer!
@ljunkie The dead roach is actually a feather, probably a secondary flight feather that the bird shed. You can see the down at the base of it. As for the dead bird, dunno, it was too quick to tell.
@lovelymelodyflower It can't fly, because that faggot cought off the parrot's wings. if it could fly it would find a way to run away from the disgusting human filth it's got as an owner.
LOL the parrot is sexually aroused by the chair noise? it is putting it's wings out like that because it's tired?? seriously, the things people come up with are alarmingly stupid. If you look at the bird's pupils, they are constricted, meaning the bird is focused / curious / excited. The wings being spread like that is a behaviour that is done when a bird is excited or threatened. Comparing it's behaviour to my parrot, I would say the parrot is just curious why it's owner's being a retard
Amazons creep me out when they get a crazy like that. My Blue and Gold gets a little weird from time to time but those Amazons are so expressive with their body language.
The bird is not dancing. It is very upset. Not aroused. Angry and probably scared. Take this video down of you mistreating an animal. Also, learn something about your pet you moron.
@carlosespinal17 I have had parrots for over 30 years... He is certainly irritated, but I wouldt say that hes not scared just because he isnt biting the camera.
Nice bird, however I noticed its right wing is a bit weak you should correct this by giving the bird a quick slap to the cheek whenever it allows to wing to drop in height.
I'm not sure if this bird is scared or excited as I own an African Grey not an Amazon. I read in an Amazon book that Amazons fan their tail when excited. This bird is doing that thus I think this bird is over excited. Also I know African Grey and Amazon body language are different, my bird would be squarking like hell if it was scared. Still i think it is best not to do this again in case he is scared, and when over excited I would give him a break.
@atvchick95 (and other "pussy haters" ...thanks DsAngel1211 for that name ^^)
Does the video mean he/she pushs a chair 24/7, eh? I bet he/she got toys for the parrot.
Stop judging the user.
So you own parrots? Do you own greys or some bluefronts? I own bluefronts an yellownaps since 1985... Mine start to sing and talk when I use the hoover.
I own parrots this is NOT how you play with them YOU use Parrot TOYS to play with them not push a F'ing chair around Scaring and pissing off the bird. IF you can't read the f'ing body language of a bird Then DON'T GET IT I've owned parrots longer than most of you nimrods were even a thought your daddy's sperm count! this is straight up abuse and any one who thinks different is F'ing dumber than a box of rocks and you don't deserve to own a pet rock little lone a PARROT!
it´s a bluefrontamazone... and no, you won´t love to have one ^^ (get two...)
They are cute, but get really bitchy when they grew up, be warned.
They are moody...they go "Cuddle me, scratch my head" then seconds later "Back off!" *bites* They scream out loud at dawn and at dusk...But yeah, they are beautiful^^
wow you people need to chill, i own an african grey and he LOVES walking around the house, he is hardly ever in his cage and is beyond taken care of. He just is very curious about what goes on around him. he climbs up my jeans and likes to stand on my shoulders. so IM ALMOST POSITIVE the parrot is just curious. DUH.
look you people need to stop worring about petty things like a bird walking on the floor, 99 percent of youtube is about bad stuff, or doing wrong or miss treating ..not happy keep it to your self .......
To all you people who think this is Fine behavior or normal REALLY need go research The PARROTS you own! Parrots use body language to display their emotions and since I OWN parrots and Have been researching them for over 20 years I Know a thing or 2 about them! I'm not some dumb ass trolling you tube I KNOW WTF I'm talking about this bird is TELLING the idiot it does not like the chair being pushed around at them & They're to stupid to know it.RESEARCH THE BIRDS B4 U BUY THEM.
I have a bird exactly like this, i am positive that is not scaring him, My bird does this when he is excited, happy, and hears a noise. For example when the blow dryer turns on he spreads his wings, and makes little noises, whistles etc. These noises are more than likely mating calls...
So, don't assume somone is hurting, or scaring that bird, if it was scared it would clearly fly away, or run faster than it already is and strike, or try and bite the owner.
the animal isnt being abused...its just scared. most likely the owner didnt know. either way, you shouldn't be so mad at someone for this O.o just tell them, not try to make them feel like they are murderers. im actually more irritated that i didnt see a "PARROT DANCING LIKE A ROBOT." >-> name videos correctly, please. :/
guys he doesn't seem to like the sound the chair is making, it's just as simple as that, he is more focused on the chair sounds then anything else really
This parrot is not scared, he's excited, Please don't think that if your parrot spreads his wings in this manner and is pinpointing, it always means that he's scared. Pinpointing can also mean excitement. This is clearly a healthy bird.
he is not scared, this is posturing, they do this when they get excited, or worked up. do your research before you freak out on someone. if he was scared hed be flapping all over the place trying to get away
Holy shit guys SHUT UP ABOUT HES SCARING HIM! I have the exact same parrot at my home, and he does the exact same thing when I rub and scape certain objects together. It's not scaring them in any way -_-
Hes not scared u idiots did u here hissing? No! He was actually trying to follow his owner around this is a happy healthy bird. On another note though, where the *blam* was the robot dancing? LIES! But cool bird none the less.
To all you people who think the parrot is scared: My parrot does the exact same thing when we vacuum or open and close a sliding door or any similar noise. It loves it, it even whistles while it's doing that.
So you Idiots enjoy scaring your pet. What is the next video going to be, you beating it with a stick? I just reported the video as animal abuse. If you were in the USA I would have the ASPCA visit you. Lucky for you that you are in Brazil.
@Madizzle90 It is emotion abuse and it has nothing to do with the cam. What they are doing is scaring the bird using the sound of the chair, that bird is scared and running around the floor. No it's not as bad as stabbing it but it's still a form of abuse.
How do some humans find it 'amusing' to scare their birds? I bet you wouldn't like it if someone did that to you and you were the size of the parrot. I swear, I lose faith in humans every single day
This is so sad. The parrot's posture and wings spread in such a manner is fear. The pinpointing eyes are another sign of fear and excitement. I have a blue fronted amazon so I speak from experience. Please read about the emotional and physical needs of a parrot. Walking on the floor is also a very vulnerable position to the bird. Please, for the bird's own well being.
I have a bird exactly like this, i am positive that is not scaring him, My bird does this when he is excited, happy, and hears a noise. For example when the blow dryer turns on he spreads his wings, and makes little noises, whistles etc. These noises are more than likely mating calls...

@RxpenaDFW my parrot is 20 years old and he gets excited when he hears a sound, like a chair in constant friction with the ground, or even the engine of my motorcycle on, it spreads its wings and twirls and sings for joy, you are jealous of my bird and very beloved.he not get stuck in a cage, gets loose when walking through the house and want to sleep it only goes up a tree.
@brunouchoa6 Yeah your bird REALLY looks like he's having a grand old time down there on the ground with that person annoyingly grinding the chair the whole fucking time. He looks petrified. Jackass.
@RxpenaDFW could'nt agree more with you. i dont have parrots but i am always against Animal shows and stuff definately a like for your comment. Thanks
your a freaking idiot I sure the hell hope you don't have any children IF you can't properly care for a Bird you sure the hell can't care for human Children. you are a low life! and I hope to god that bird bites your damn fingers off and Pokes out your damn eyes! IF you still have this Beautiful Parrot GIVE it to some one who knows how to properly care for birds and NEVER EVER own another ANIMAL period ever again for as long as you live!
@atvchick95 I have a bird exactly like this, i am positive that is not scaring him, My bird does this when he is excited, happy, and hears a noise. For example when the blow dryer turns on he spreads his wings, and makes little noises, whistles etc. These noises are more than likely mating calls...

@atvchick95 Dude WTF is your problem, he is playing with the bird and the bird looks healthy. What the hell is he supposed to do, have it in the cage all the time going "oohh who's a pretty birdy". Jesus I am so tired of the pussy haters on here.
you should not be able to have this parrot! you dont now how to care for him!! if you thought this was "dancing then you know NOTHING about there care.it can be obvious that he is intimidated and wants you to stop.i mean how would you feel if i was slamming a masive object over your head and chasing you down?

I have a bird exactly like this, i am positive that is not scaring him, My bird does this when he is excited, happy, and hears a noise. For example when the blow dryer turns on he spreads his wings, and makes little noises, whistles etc. These noises are more than likely mating calls...
So, don't assume somone is hurting, or scaring that bird, if it was scared it would clearly fly away, or run faster than it already is and strike, or try and bite the owner.
Stupid ppl.

@DubbleTrubblex2
Nice. Stupid ppl? I disagree with you--which is OK for both of us. No need to name-call.
My blue-front makes mating calls. That's not it.
This bird may not be able to fly away if the wings are clipped.
it's unfortunate people do this to their birds.

the animal isnt being abused...its just scared. most likely the owner didnt know. either way, you shouldn't be so mad at someone for this O.o just tell them, not try to make them feel like they are murderers. im actually more irritated that i didnt see a "PARROT DANCING LIKE A ROBOT." >-> name videos correctly, please. :/

That poor Bird don't seems to Be happy with them...
cilona17 2 months ago
guys he doesn't seem to like the sound the chair is making, it's just as simple as that, he is more focused on the chair sounds then anything else really
3headedpuppy 2 months ago
This parrot is not scared, he's excited, Please don't think that if your parrot spreads his wings in this manner and is pinpointing, it always means that he's scared. Pinpointing can also mean excitement. This is clearly a healthy bird.
nickbottu 2 months ago 2
he is not scared, this is posturing, they do this when they get excited, or worked up. do your research before you freak out on someone. if he was scared hed be flapping all over the place trying to get away
parrotlady84 2 months ago 2
Holy shit guys SHUT UP ABOUT HES SCARING HIM! I have the exact same parrot at my home, and he does the exact same thing when I rub and scape certain objects together. It's not scaring them in any way -_-
FateMan22 3 months ago
Hes not scared u idiots did u here hissing? No! He was actually trying to follow his owner around this is a happy healthy bird. On another note though, where the *blam* was the robot dancing? LIES! But cool bird none the less.

To all you people who think the parrot is scared: My parrot does the exact same thing when we vacuum or open and close a sliding door or any similar noise. It loves it, it even whistles while it's doing that.

@snakebite51889 Maybe you ought to open the vacuum cleaner and let him out then!

So you Idiots enjoy scaring your pet. What is the next video going to be, you beating it with a stick? I just reported the video as animal abuse. If you were in the USA I would have the ASPCA visit you. Lucky for you that you are in Brazil.
eosdelb 3 months ago
@eosdelb Animal abuse?? All he/she is doing is following the parrot around with a camera. You're acting like the bird is getting stabbed.
Madizzle90 2 months ago
@Madizzle90 It is emotion abuse and it has nothing to do with the cam. What they are doing is scaring the bird using the sound of the chair, that bird is scared and running around the floor. No it's not as bad as stabbing it but it's still a form of abuse.

How do some humans find it 'amusing' to scare their birds? I bet you wouldn't like it if someone did that to you and you were the size of the parrot. I swear, I lose faith in humans every single day

Why would you do that to the poor thing!!! Don't you realize that you are scaring the poor thing?! You are very cruel, and ignorant!!! Idiot!
