start out with an F chord, then move down your whole hand to the 5th fret (still in F chord position), then move your middle finger, your ring finger, and your pinky down one string each (similar to F chord - still on 5th fret). The fourth chord is a B major on the 3rd fret, and then move your hand (keeping the B major position) to the first fret.

Sorry but I don't know the names of the chords and did this by ear. If you don't understand please contact me ;)
