  • The problem with this is that everyone knows The Simpsons, or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. What the hell is My Bonnie or The Entertainer? I bet if you put more modern songs, we'll become a bit more pro at this (no LMFAO or any of that stuff.) Good attempt, though.

  • @enfiladedrivein - Well, My Bonnie is less abstract than "The largest leap the violins make in the beginning of Mozart's Symphony #40 in g-minor" -.-

  • What an odd selection of soongs

  • this video would be alot better without the annoying fucking techno voice. so unhelpful.

  • I didn't get the entertainer part, when in the entertainer?

  • @rochabeatlesfan It's the biggest leap that you hear. da da DO DAH DO DAH DO DAH. The thing that gets repeated three times is a m6.

  • @Dzakovich000 oh i hear it now, thanks

  • Awesome

  • thank you so much, you have no idea how happy I am right now

thank you thank you thank you!! so grateful for this

  • I did a little beatbox when I heard this XD

  • @dpkingbluesguitar Pretty sure it's the F below middle C

  • Ear training? I thought this was a rap song without the bass...

  • That was great, now could you show and tell precisely what piano key you were using for the root?

Thank you very much. :: ))

  • this would be awesome if you also had descending intervals

  • aaaah! this is fantastic.

  • SO HELPFUL! I'm in Music Theory and I'm horrible at ear training.

  • Ah good idea. Going to try this out. :D

  • Thank you SOOOO MUCH! I have a music theory final tomorrow and this will help me tons! :D

  • I appreciate this a lot, because it seem so achievable. Thank you!

  • This is a fantastic idea...actually singing the name of the interval in pitch, so simple and yet so clever. I have just been singing 1, 3 for example, but this is much clearer. Thank you so much.

  • @LaSolarGuitar Cool! I have actually been using this for my own practice and I've found it helpful. I'm probably going to make some variations on this video - perhaps just doing one interval at a time (but moving it all around) to really drill it into the brain.
