We have a school choir like ps22 but we don't have the emotion that comes along with the song. My friends and i are always making hand motions. Our school choir director put some videos up on youtube but no one is moving or having fun. I keep telling him that we need to film the practices because we are more relaxed.

This looks like an INCREDIBLE experience for these young kids. You NEVER can get boys to join a chorus at any level, and look at how many are in those seats! Wow. And as a music teacher, I SINCERELY hope that their middle school choir teacher appreciates what this incredible man is giving their program. The young soloist is incredibly talented--she sings effortlessly with clarity. No trying to be Christina or Mariah here!

This guy deserves teacher of the year! Kids love to sing, but especially when you give them music that's current and relatable for them. The young lady singing the lead has a very free and powerful voice, blessedly free of the affectations I hear on many young singers who pick up the bad habits of many popular singers who can't really sing anyway (coughcoughMileyCyruscoughcoug­h). All the kids sound fantastic! Great job!
