Also, is the parrot shadow a cream shadow? Would powder work?

@Hippster21 i honestly dont know i am not familiar with their lashes other than the two styles i own and no parrot eyeshadow is a powder shadow, mac doesnt have any cream shadows that come in those pans. they only have paint pots that are cream
