i know comedy functions on some degree on stereotypes, but i felt it went overboard - it was Madea Goes to Prison - and i pretty much find it hard to appreciate any other Madea show as well, despite trying to. to him, everyone in the black community is into gospel, is in prison, cheats on their partner, carries a gun at all times, or is uncertain of who their father is (if not all of the above). it's more sad than funny.

Mr. Perry wasn't joking ANYONE on purpose. It's a all part of comedy, and if you don't believe me, try watching Mind of Mencia sometime.
