  • Mary looks so collegiate in her mini skirt and boots, Cindy also looks cool in he groovy pantsuit. Diana, should have worn white boots with that dress.

  • Spanish TV Rocks

  • Whose the girl on the left in the pants?

  • @plojka1 , cindy birdsong

  • @dougeee1 Thanks, mate!

  • I wish they'd performed a few times more often on TV in the '60s in "street clothes" and not just the beautiful gowns, like here, too. :)

  • They were groovin' so nice in this video. What moves!

  • Spain didn't have color TV by 1968?

  • @scottbaino They did, but only a FEW programmes were filmed in colour there until 1969 or 1970.

  • @scottbaino

No, we were poor and backwardness under the dictatorship of Franco.

  • They all seem a bit jet-lagged to me.

  • Mary has such big feet!

  • One thing to keep in mind: This was recorded when Francisco Franco was dictator of Spain, and he kept the country on a very, very TIGHT leash. He was so strict that, when Frank Sinatra filmed there in 1956, Sinatra almost caused an international incident when he hung a banner from his hotel room window reading "Franco is a Fink." Anyway, enjoy the performance!

  • Looked like Diana missed the first few lyrics of the song!

  • Cindy reminds me of CeCe Peinston in this video with her straight like that

  • This is not a rehearsal, is the way it was aired in 1968 in Teleritmo.

By the way, I`ve got a vinyl produced by that time which sleeve depicts this images.

  • Huh! Not a single close-up of "Miss Ross!" Nice to see them being treated fairly for a change!

  • The director of this show was later found dead.

  • Are the two things related? ;-)

  • Well Rudy ... I ain't one to gossip.

  • ....You mean, like right after the show????

  • I absolutely love this song and whenever I hear it I think about this performance of them on this Spanish television show. It was nice to see each girl dressed in something different giving them more of their own individuality. They all looked great but it was a little weird to see the dancers off to the side and the guys behind them performing on stage. Oh well, I loved it and the song is the bomb!

  • They put todays girl groups to shame

  • que guapas Cindy y Mary ¡por dios! amo a las Supremes

  • Great rehearsal footage. Love it.

  • Yes, Flo, Did sing in the original Recording This was the last song she did with the Supremes before being fired.

  • I just can't get over how incredible the ladies look here- especially Cindy- (wow!) very hot and chic- all of them were just amazing.

  • Loving Cindy too! Great hair.

  • Yes! That style looks amazing on her! Very Sexy!

  • They look great in their street clothes.

  • I love it. They didn;t often do that "mod" thing, least of all on television, so it's nice to see them not dressed identically for a change. Shame the clips are black and white, but I otherwise can't complain. Brilliant. Thanks for posting!

  • The very first ADULT lyrics to a Supremes' song... I bet Flo sang on this. Thanks for posting these. They are totally new to long-time fans, THANKS!

  • kinda odd, hearing Flo's suprano and not seeing her

  • Gosh Mary looks nice,,,I remember the gals at school with their outfits that looked so similar. Cindy added some personality of her own to the group. Cant knock Diana either. her distinct voice and enunciation of words. You could always understand her words. They were just simply Supreme

  • Diana Ross and The Supremes stars in Catalan Barcelona.....Cindy must have been in heaven considering the type of exposure she was now getting.

    Love it!

  • Maybe a little under-rehearsed but Diana eventually gets into it, she was always a pro, watch her hands at 1:37. Mary and Cindy's "lookin for a love" choreography is kind of dopey, they look like they're hunting bear, even Mary looks about to giggle. But it's a great record with one of Diana's most underrated vocals--HDH were great at writing songs that kept her sounding slightly out of breath, "You Can;t Hurry Love" was another.

  • I agree, the entire song was underrated,,,,,, Mary was happy,, Cindy was glad to be there,,,, and Diana was seeking perfection,,,,what more could they give us?

  • I think they looked Happy, sorry I cant be gagative.

  • Thanks for posting

this was pretty bad. a bad song, a bad performance, and the lip syncing...omg.

  • no i think Cindy was on this! and Mary can be a bit funny at times but she was Florence's friend FACT

  • @pandallama1234 cindy is not on this. flo is.

  • I love this song and yes it is sad that there are lip-synching because we all know that that is Flo all on the backgrounds, Diana and Barry got what they wnated by kicking Ms.Ballard out the group and to me Mary is no friend to Flo she acted like around Flo but she wasnt all know that.

  • I love how Diana can't even be bothered to lip-sync the beginning of the song in this fine "performance".

  • They were probably exhausted. This is not a great performance. Too fake..The gleaming lipsynching error by Diana at the beginning is too marked.

  • It's not really a perfromance this is just the rehearsal

  • @MeAndLenaZ It's not Diana's fault that's how the program wanted it. Who knows why they're not singing live. History has shown that Ross almost always sings live. The only times she doesn't are when it's in a setting that doesn't permit easy placement of musicians, sound check, etc.

  • Copllunio these are great. I've never seen them before. Thank you so much. I also watched some of your other videos. You got style my friend.

  • Lip singing big time.

  • This is cool but poor Cindy!! She had to lipsynch to Flo's voice that whole night!!

  • For the paycheck she was getting, I'm sure she didn't mind!

  • thank you I agree Cindy was lipsynching to all the songs because that is Flo's voice all on there.

  • DUH!, they're all lipsynching. It didn't start with Britney Spears.

  • A lot of the Supremes performances on TV were lipsynched after Flo Ballard was removed from the group. Flo actually appears on this recording, so they needed to use lipsynching to make the sound of the song.

  • Increible!!! Son cuatro clips fenomenales!

Siga desenterrando estas joyas del Tele-ritmo, please...

    Un saludo!

  • there are several more clips from this show just clip on the member's name and id and you will see several more ( COPILUNIO )

  • for my last day on earth I want to watch supremes videos, what a trip into heaven that will be

  • Bravo for another rare great vid -

    Copilunio-Shu ;^D!!!!

  • Thank you for these rare clips.

  • estupendo!!

  • Lois was a Vandella, its Mary, who's done more with her life then you have!

  • Another top Supremes clip,.ktf.

  • this couldnt have been right after Cindy joined, "In And Out Of Love" was released October 67 at least 3 months after Cindy joined, great clip tho

  • Love this song and the video! This was a big set, long night! TVE pop shows looked pretty good!

  • Great tracks

  • wow how many songs did they perform on this show?

  • Love that song and the way they dance to it.

  • Great Motown

  • more motown gold

  • I love the video/song, thanku:)

  • SasssyBrattt, Seriously, when you wrote "soooo gay", was that meant as a term of endearment or as a put down? Let's see, this was back in the 60's not just last year. That explains the fashion. I wonder what people will say 40 years from now when they see see our fashions today.

  • Thanks you so much for sharing those 4 treasures

  • P.S. DetroitD60,

You can stop making request. I'm sure he will upload them at HIS convenience.

  • Thank You Thank You Thank You!

  • HA! See how much you know SasssyBrattt, that's not Betty Rubble, it's Jane Jetson's hair! So there!!! LOL!

  • These Spanish show DRATS clips are priceless...thank you so much for posting! It's so great to see DMC in performances where they are dressed, made up and acting like the 3 young ladies in their 20s that they were, and not like The Andrew Sisters for once...and I'd never seen them live so far where they all stayed together side-be-side on stage throughout...Diana must've been in some weird, altered good-mood state.. ;)
