i went to FL ( Florida ) there was like a blue hotel with a little moring tent and somewhere there in the neighborhood there was a restaurant like a sport thing restaurant i forgot the name ( i was 7 ) and the blue hotel well there was no reception in the hotel but it was a little ferder . and you can take a bus to : disney land , mgm studios , universal and something with cartoons . maybe if you know where it is : then you know what i mean with that , anyway it was in FL disney.

@MyNewPerspective1 With seats that move. It's an interactive movie with a story. Rollercoasters don't have that sort of experience. Don't get me wrong, I'm a coaster warrior, but there's no immersion on them.

I completely agree about coasters and their lack of immersion! The only coaster that achieved some immersion for me was the Mummy at Universal Studios. Everything else is purely for the adrenaline. This is simply a different means of thrills, and I love it. I cannot wait for the new Star Tours ride! It speaks volumes that Star Wars reaches people of all ages, especially for someone like me who is dying to play the Old Republic. WHOO!

Of all the times I have gone to Disney, I never went on this. Is this like a simulator type of ride? If so...is fun? I would love to ride it next time I go back, but the wait has always been so long. I don't remember if they even have Fast Pass for this ride, but I was always to much of a chicken to ride this. So, can someone please reply to my comment, and tell me what this ride is like please? its one of my "must see" rides whenever I go. The line may look horrendously long, but there are 3 different loading stations that go on at once I think, and like 20 people fit into one car/shuttle.

Plus, you're in the air-conditioned rooms leading up to the loading dock, and the different attractions all around you make for good entertainment while you wait. As for the ride itself, it's a simulation ride, so you sit in a "space shuttle" like thing and you're tilted back and forth and sideways to simulate all the different things. My mom used to go on it, and she HATES rides because she gets sick a lot. I think it's VERY fun, and highly reccomend it. :)

I like this ride, but why not relocate it to the Magic Kingdom and use it to take up the space of the Circlevision theater with the ability to look down into it from the Tomorrowland Transit Authority? All the other Star Tours rides are in Tomorrowlands, so why not this one?

Although I will miss the original Star Tours and will always remember it vividly, I am really excited for Star Tours 2 because it will be 3D! And it is not confirmed yet, but they will probably shot separate scenes and have them be in any order so you never know what you get. But like I said, they might not do that second part.
