To be honest I like gvg and this one. As stated in previous comments this is more of a war sim not a fighting game. It reminds me of another century's episode in gameplay which is the type of game I prefer. With Dynasty Warriors gundam and GVG, fans' anticipation for gundam games has conditioned them to prefer the fighting games that have been released as they've seemed to have forgotten the greats like Lost War Chronicles and Encounters in Space that we all loved.

This game is amazing, but a few things are bad about it:

Movement is pretty hard because your using the D-pad, not the analog stick.

Dearka, Nicol, and SEED Destiny, Wing, G, and 00 S2 aren't playable. (Buster and Blitz are still there though)

Some missions in the extras section are close to impossible (VS Providence, Freedom and Justice AT THE SAME TIME)

However, the game features great graphics, fun missions, over 300 mobile suits, 100 missions and 100 characters from UC, CE and AD timelines!

i just realized that this song combine a lot of songs from the gundam series. like daybreakbell, sorrow warrior. and i just realized that a lot of the mechas in 00 is similar to code geass. and the plot is similar to wing. also, in s2 of 00, they combined 2 songs just like white reflection of endless waltz.

Two totally different games, this game is the latest in Battle series of Gundam games that have been coming out on the psp for the past few years. While Next is a the latest in the Vs. Series which is actually a port of the Arcade game.

Dont think it's super bad. Maybe it's bad for a PS3 or an Xbox 360, but this is pretty good for PSP. I do admit though, that the red beams look really old school lol.

I hope the game play is great because it will have to make up for the complete lack of graphics,i would expect this from the DS but the not the PSP, it has much more potential and has a much greater visual processor. Gundam Vs Gundam next plus looks much better.

actually the graphics are pretty gd wen actually playing... but the controls are a bit difficult... if ur used to gundam vs gundam next plus... and like expected the gameplay is really gd except for the lack of objects in the background (this is from playing the demo)
