I read he allowed people imprisoned in Siberia to be conscripted into the Soviet Army to defend Russia in WW2 in exchange for freedom and then had them all locked back up the moment they got home. It is a shame that a country with such a rich and interesting culture and history (one of the most interesting, if you go back to the Tzars) has come to be remembered for this one dickbag. Great architecture there too.

If anyone hasn't tried yet, when you use the leech beam on a dreadnaught you get the VR's missile launcher. It fires at the same rate as the VR..meaning very slowly. Used leech beam on a Aircraft Carrier and got a little plane on the side.
