I play the trumpet for the Salvation Army while I ring the bell.  I play Christmas music and I generate a lot more donations than just the bell ringers. How can I get Karoke in MP3 format so I can Karaoke with my trumpet?

@tomkatgroves- type in Youtube converter to mp3 in google and you find one u can download which will allow you to simply turn ANY youtube videos into mp3 songs! :) u can type in free too and u may be able to find a good free one! :) or look for a karaoke with a link or type in "Merry Little Christmas Mediafire" in google and download the mp3 file with itunes open and it will go into itunes and u can put it on a cd... i'd recommend that most!

I've been doing my best to wait until AFTER Halloween to listen to Christmas music... but, my goodness, there is no point and no need in pushing the christmas spirit away until a certain date... last year I started counting on September 29th... now, this year... OCTOBER 25th! Not too bad, eh?

I like that you left the line "until then we'll have to muddle through somehow" it was the original line and it makes more sense in the song. "Hang a shining star upon the highest bow" sounds too saccharine for the song, IMHO

True, but that's on of the reasons why my songs aren't forbidden by youtube! If you learn to work with Karafun, you can use the downloaded video and adjust the key or tempo whenever you want!!

I use DVD Videosoft for downloading and it works with every other YouTube video I have tried. With this one it stops at about 50%, says it was successful and leaves me with a 0 byte file.
