Yes, to the masses this car and it's pricing appears unbelievably stupid but Aston's target audience here is current owners with multiple Astons, not exactly the general public. They need to lower fleet emissions and if they can turn a big profit from a dressed up toyota then sorry I don't blame them.

This car is like 60,000$+, So it's either this... or a Subaru Impreza, Bmw M5, M3, 1M, a Z06 Corvette or a Range Rover.

@bloximonkey Uhm... You can buy this or one of those... The 1M was 50,000$ when it came out. Z06 corvettes can be easily bought secondhand for 40-50. M5's can be bought in the mid 40's, new ones are going to be like 90 grand. Range Rover sport is roughly in the 60,000$ area too.
