@mattv100 Mowing grass with a scythe is easier when the grass is wet so mowing at dawn with the dew and cool air is recommended. I often mow in the evening as the sun goes down cos its nice and I have time then.

Utter bucolic bliss. Have bought my scythe - just have to avoid my cats' legs.  And at last I have found out how to create a haystack!
