@MasterSergeant98 I use one of the gun turrets in the previous room as a substitute for the rocket turret. I just position it to aim at me with glados behind me so the shots that miss will hit glados and detach the spheres (with the aid of portals). You'll understand if you watch it enough.

@dalevans1 he uses a regular turret, he placed a portal right in front of one, then another on the floor right outside GLaDOS' chamber. He made the turret point and shoot at him, but since some bullets miss, they go straight for GLaDOS, thus taking off the cores.

i love how the last level shows you what it is like behind the test chambers. It is such as difference. Music is also used to great effect in this level, because you rarely get to hear it in the first 18 levels. When it comes on, you know something is going to hppen

Well, for some reason, if you crouch next to the door, they open automatically...try it for yourself. I think it has something to do with a trigger right infront of the door.

you also used cheats sometimes, you know instead of using the wallclimbing cheat, use the portal bumping cheat, and you'l get test chamber 17 done like 14 seconds faster

Yes, its a glitch. It requires the player to be ontop of an object then while facing down spam jump, use and crouch. This allows you to gain height.

Absolutely brilliant move. Went so fast, I didn't understand in the beginning why the spheres where all over the place when entering the final room. Took me a second look to see how he did it...
