Have you ever driven or been in a car with an STS kit? I remember when they first came out and people had their doubts and were all wrong. I have been in cars with them and installed them there was barely any lag and you would be amazed. Don't judge until you have experienced a car with the kit installed.

That would have to be the slowest TT Mustang I have ever seen. I owned a 99 GT auto with a T-76. With 10 psi, it trapped 120-121 mph and by 15 psi, it ran 10s quite easily all on the stock LB 2V. A stock 2011 Mustang GT pulls on an E46 so bad it is crazy. This would suggest that a TT 3V is slower than a 5.0L N/A. Some material information is missing from this video.

I own a twin turbo 1992 5.0 lx drop top. I can drive it on the street or at the track. It runs 9.27 in the 1/4 mile with slicks and in the 12's on wide street tires (cant hook). Dyno at 772hp and 630 ftlbs tq, my guess is either thts the fastest M on earth or the guy in the stang bought the knockoff ebay twin turbo kit or has the wrong tires (lack of slicks).

Plenty of reasons for what happened here, but whoever the driver is needs to get some shit fixed.
1) If this is really the same STS car as the one in the other video, the owner needs a tune on something more than 3 psi. ANY F/I GT can WALK THE FUCK out of an E46 M3 unless it's running some SERIOUS modifications.
2) Get some tires that aren't shit and some wheels wide enough to hold wide tires.

I own a twin turbo 1992 5.0 lx drop top. I can drive it on the street or at the track. It runs 9.27 in the 1/4 mile with slicks and in the 12's on wide street tires (cant hook). Dyno at 772hp and 630 ftlbs tq, my guess is either thts the fastest M on earth or the guy in the stang bought the knockoff ebay twin turbo kit or has the wrong tires (lack of slicks).

i have a turbo stang... 4.6stroker 5,1 t70 and i would walk that bmw so bad.. this mustang does have turbo u can hear the wastegate as he revs but something is wrong like hes leaking boost or something or its just not put together 100% proper because theres no reason a twin turbo V8 is losen to a FUCKING BMW unless the stang is only runningf 5 psi and the bmw has shit load of work

you put a twin turbo on a 4.6 liter 3v. that requires alot of tuning. therefore had that been done. traction doesnt matter as soon as the boost on that stang kicks in, then that bmw is dust. but i dont think it has twin turbo. i have a built 4.6 2v naturally aspirated mustang and i have beat 2 or 3 m3 e46's. not by much. but they still lost

i have an 09 mustang gt california special on order but id rather have an e46 m3. i wouldnt be able to afford the maintenance. i like the SMG transmission but hear alot about of the problems with it. overall bmw's are better, BUT american cars are more personable. you buy a bmw and theres not much you can do with it where as a mustang the sky is the limit.

the ford motor is alot more complicated than you think. this is a 3 valve soch with varable cam timing this aint a pushrod motor. this is crazy technology iuf you haven't read up you might want to before you open your mouth. just cause a bmw has irs. that don't make it a the best car on a track. corvette has irs and will kill a bmw on any track. the cobra R is irs and will also kill a bmw around the track. but mustang are 23-28k a bmw is 38k-52k for a 3series.

im not knocking u dude but BMW is by far the most over rated car brand. basically ur buying a name... ive smoked everythign from the measily 3 series all the way up to m3s and m5s. i used to want a 3 series to but i decided id buy a gto cause its faster, has an independent rear end, and the interior is just awesome leather all over. german engineering is "ok" if u wanna look like a rich pretty boy...
