  • alcohol and clubbing is what kills my day-night rythm. And when you are Training 4-5 Days a week you just want to sleep and chill. Priorities change, when we age.

  • you need to go to places you enjoy , and there are some clubs with music that you enjoy and with people who are there to have fun time (not playing some role of cool persons). when you stop adopting to places and start adopting them to yourself you'll have a great time; after all there is no fun in places but in people that surround you , and with fun people any place is great :)

  • Yeah, I agree. But then again I'm already 46 (and married!). Ouch!

I would rather sit at a cafe and enjoy a good coffee than go to a club where you cannot even have a conversation.

  • eh, i'm not a drinker but dancing with friends and boyfriend is fun for a little bit ---but so is everyone playing card games and board games at a table at home :)

  • What was your favorite club in Prague?

  • hahha they talking like they are 50 years old! enjoy lol

  • Keep on with that good work!

  • You stop enjoying clubs right after you become a serious goal setter. It's right then when clubs become a waist of time.

  • Awesome vid!

  • that cup is huge :))

  • I find clubbing kind of lame. You spend a bunch of time getting ready, go, pay cover, pay coat check, and then stand around and act like you're too cool to be there. What's the point!? People are either really drunk and obnoxious, and about to spill a drink on you, drinks are over priced, music is too loud. It depends where you are too. Partying in Vegas is a blast! But I live Vancouver, BC and it's not all that great.

  • I just went to a club sat. night and went to the after party and didn't get home till around 9am or so, then on sunday, I slept for about 16 hours straight.. I'm 29 so I don't know, maybe your man is right it's at 30.

  • I totally agree!! I'm about to turn 29 and can't remember how I managed to stand the noise and drinking all night long earlier. Happy ageing! :) Greets from Germany

  • also, people dont know themselves when they're young, so they do things to find self-purpose, and it takes some time to learn what you need and dont need, and most people dont need clubs. there is a vocabulary for all this in psychology, but I dont remember it

  • like any scene it gets boring.

  • Personally I don't think that clubs can offer any fun these days. If you want to get REAL sugar, make a private party with your friends, good snack and music - ten thousands times better. ^_^ The only requirement is a good, huge house, not a tiny city apartments ^_^ When we'll see your next workout?

  • Clubbing is purely a place to go to pick up girls.

...and you look *much* better without make-up on.

  • what you talking about!! clubbing is still fun?? FK YER IT IS!!!

  • the guy is such a lucky bastard

  • You are such a beautiful woman inside and out. I love you doggie.

  • i like this video, it's like a normal conversation! :)

  • You very sexy gril . . . . !!!!!

  • I totally agree, I'm 30 and I just would rather be home or somewhere low key where its easy to have conversation. and also, when I haven't done that in a long time, I do sometimes start to forget that its not that great and find myself out all dressed sexy for another club night. Funny that others do that to, where its been so long, that you start to think of partying so highly again! Have a great day!

  • I totally agree with you guys. My husband and I used to go to clubs when we were younger but we enjoy hanging out with our family and friends to relax now:) Hope you feel better soon!!

  • I was clubbin' til I was 24/25, I'm 28 now and whenever I go clubbing it's not the same. It's like I feel too old to go clubbin', I'm soo tired by like 3 am.

  • Welcome, to the fall of your life. Be sure to prepare for a long and cold winter. And enjoy it while you can because spring and summer will never return. :)

  • Right there with you regarding the clubbing. Just turned 30 last year and would MUCH rather be in a stylish lounge or bar w/friends than dealing with the broke, conceited dbags and wannabe bytches who put on a front and abuse alcohol simply because they can.

That said, just like all of you I have some unforgettable memories from clubbing in DC/NYC/Miami. I haven't been in 5mo and I'm sorta missing it again haha. May have to go soon and attempt to relive the past before I get too old!

  • omg I thought I was the only one that felt this way lol

  • You people make it the issue an either/or.

I'm not sure why anyone would suddenly never go to a dance club again. Or why they would ever be obsessed enough to go to a club every time they go out.

Going to a club is just another option. Sitting and sipping a beer or coffee with jazz music is fine. Watching a movie at home is fine. Chatting over a nice dinner is fine. But these things get old also.

    It's called BALANCE.

  • so firm..=P

  • i think everyone feels the same way after a night at the club no matter how old you are

  • Yes the club is less fun, escepially when your in such good shape and in a routine.

  • u have like..hands down..the nicest body ever

  • damn sexy

  • i worked at lululemon as a student ... best store ever :)

  • Go clubbing with good friends. It's a social thing to do, so why not go with a good group you can laugh and have fun with.

  • havnet done ,uch clubbing dont really care for iy but that place looked pretty cool

  • LULU LEMON IS AMAZING!

  • I'm 19, and the first time I went to a club, it was still boring. Idk why, lol...I mean, it was sorta fun, but just not for me...I'd rather exercise LMAO

  • Well you Kids were born to late, back in my day in the `1970's, there were real Party's, with real Music, and Talented artists, and everyone had a good time, unlike todays drab dumb light shows and screaming, and calling that a Party,, I definetly Remember the days of Studio 54,, and a few outdoor Concerts as well back in the 70's,, its was Rockin ~!

  • lol thats so funny while ur sitting talking about clubbing sipping ur stuff ur dog was nibbling ur blanket lol

  • camera man ftw

  • she looks like michelle mccool

  • I'm depressed now.

  • Clubbing and staying out late stopped being fun for me at about 25. I like to be in bed by 10-11 each night, even on Friday and Saturday nights! I like getting up early, say 5:30, every day. I like being productive and rarely drink, because booze screws with my sleep. I still have lots of laughs with friends, though--that never stops!

  • I'm 25 and I'm starting to get sick of going out. Now I only go if there's a reason, like a friends birthday or if we're on holiday somewhere. I am a lot happier at a low key bar than a club, better yet, a glass of wine at home:)

  • I used to play in local bands when 17-23 constantly & that included all night binges which I bounced back from pretty quick to do it again easily. Now that I'm 31, the hangovers are brutal & drain my will and motivation to do anything. So, I find that negative reinforcement is swaying me even if I have fun. I feel old as Adam, ugly as sin and hateful as the Devil these days.

  • I feel the same way about clubs :)

  • same here...I'm 29 and it definitely stopped being fun, however, it really depends on where you are.

I was in ibiza last summer and I freakin loved it! I stayed out every night until 7am for a whole week.

Wenn I came back to NYC and hit the clubs, it wasn't the same, and I stopped.

  • 1:59 Oh you rave?!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, that old club deal that was such a charge back in the young & stupid sure loses its lustre when you find the better things life has to offer.

Thing is, you can still rock the scene hardcore from 9 til 11 and then bail early. Best of both worlds!

  • god damn girl <3

  • cute dog

  • If girls seem to get bored of clubbing, than you better watch out. Next thing you see, she'd start talking about marriage and getting a baby :P

Not that I pulled that out of my you know where.

  • @Zuzana or Charliejames...How long do you work out everytime your work out and how often every week do you work out? Thanks so much

  • Lululemon FTW! My favorite store!

  • It's fun when you actually like the music and atmosphere! But I understand the feeling, I hardly ever go out.

  • Your dog is so cute!

  • LOL at 32... I've actually decided to NOT go clubbing but chill out at a Pub or something similar.. but jeez... Clubbing was alot of fun in my early 20's.. but being a 32 year old married guy with kids.. around a bunch of 20 year olds.. just creepy LOL!!

  • it was never fun for me.. i'm turning 30 this year and I stopped going at like 22.. so yeah. not much fun..too loud and gave me headaches..

  • Atleast no tramp stamp... thats great.

Yea clubs are boring after a while

  • You're right clubs get boring after a while

  • This is totally true story! I have 30 years and I feel the same as you guys... Cheers

  • HIHI you are very good^^

  • I hate giving people money that don't impress me. Also too many scrubs and slow brains go to clubs.

  • It's interesting to hear you talk about your life, Suzanna. I lived in Croatia in the early 90's and people there were very similiar to the Czechs: good, but basic food, similiar childhood experiences, and similiar outlooks on life. Your last couple of videos have brought back a lot of memories...of when I was young... :)

  • you just get mature when you get older and you realize it's not as fun as you thought....a lot of those people are on something, so it's superficial fun.

  • Wow ur Kissy face is very beautiful!!

  • I heard these from my friends...but I DO NOT GO CLUBBING. They told it's fun and stuff, until something bad happens...well...that's when it's not fun anymore.

  • Clubs suck if your not single

  • Got sick of clubs in 06.... unless your pilling your tits off it's just forced labour... and these days it's almost impossible to find drugs that don't wear off into comedown land within a couple hours... then it's jaw-chewing zombie depression. Who the fuck wants to hang out with children anyway?

  • a girl like you in the club is what i want 4 every weekend :D

  • I'm 23 && live in Phx, Arizona && clubbing is still such a big thing to do here. Raving && going to the clubs is something I do every weekend. && the one u guys went to looks like s much fun !!

  • If girls seem to get bored of clubbing, that you better watch out. next thing you see, she'd start about marriage and getting a baby :P

Not that I pulled that out of my you know where.

  • I don't know why I'm not bursting into flames from looking at someone so beautiful...

  • Always felt like that cause the next day was wasted. You guys should take up golf . You get to wear great clothes " which there is a lot for women" . Great to play together.

  • i wanna see waht the camera man looks like..

    im sure its her boytoy

  • yea they know wht it is, you dont need the makeup your beautiful with out it

  • i hear ya,,, i'm 33 i still like goin out,, but i'm single ...i cant stay in...i'lll lose my mind...if a had a girl..its a differant story..and simsim 198 how can u get sick of the club scene at 19 ...in the states u cant even drink yet....whats wrong with you

  • Not so much now but when I was younger it was fun. Now its beers at the local bar then off to work the next morning. Maybe for new years its cool but other than that...no Maybe were a couple of old farts, huh?

  • your still young!

  • I understand completely..I'm a musician ,a drummer so I have to go out and play in clubs and comeback home very late and usually go to sleep around 6am but I really value my time at home or cozy enviroments with friends or an special lady...

  • same here. after not going out for a few weeks i feel as if i'm missing out on something and then i go and while there i realize again why i stopped going. it's a vicious cycle lol

  • 4:13 the dog is chewing on the bed sheet xD

  • Oh well... clubbing seemed like a good idea. You still were probably one of the hottest 28 yr. olds there. Your dog lucked out it seems.

  • i know that you guys have done these videos 4 sometime now. N ur girl looks very cute but it would b nice when u have things like this 2 get from behind the cam N have u guys chats.

  • Miss James, wheer are you from?

  • you are the real beauty

  • Now your talkin'...... Appreciate the convo guys

  • awe.. she is growing up ..

is camera boy your Man ?

  • mmm im 22 n i think clubbing is not that fun, i like goin out clubbin when its someones bday or celebrating something otherwise i dont see a point to it, i rather go to a house partie n socialize or dinner like zuzana said lol :P

  • i know exactly what you guys are feeling.. One has to question oneself, what am i doing here (at the club) and what am i getting out of this? The answer could be more sinister than at first thought..

  • I partied a lot in high school, but once I came to college I grew out of it. I'm with you guys - would much rather have a low-key night with a few friends rather than being at a loud club and getting home the next morning. I prefer sleep much more now (& I'm only 22)! ;D

  • It was fun for me.....

but then I married a man who doesn't like clubs.

It's ok, I don't miss it. I would rather find something that my husband and I can enjoy together.

  • I went to clubs in San Diego when I was young, but the only way that I was able to have fun was when I got ripping drunk and then I would get kicked out by the bouncers. So it stopped being worth it after the 7th time. I like Irish/English pub enviroments myself.

  • I have only been to 1 rave like that.....

  • i feel that way and i am 19. lol i had all my partying years in high school, and now i feel like an old person. its funny because most people party in college, and i am not really interested anymore

  • OMG that looks like so much fun...

  • Your dog is soooo Cute :D

  • WOW U R 28 Y-O?

    I LOOK LIKE 22

  • yea she said thats my exercise top

  • Funny you say that, i think the exact same thing, but i'm only 19! haha. it was fun the first few times, but eventually you get the impression that people are only pretending to have fun, otherwise they feel like they'll kill the party if they admit it's not what it's cracked up to be.

  • I agree completely. I think everyone goes because pop culture tells them that 10 dollar drinks and entry fees are what all the cool kids are doing. A good rule of thumb is that if something isn't fun stone sober it's not actually a fun activity. If you do enough drugs or drink enough alcohol you can make even the most mundane situation entertaining ex. a bunch of people crowded into a room under lazer lights. It's a specticle but it's not entertainment.

  • It is very difficult to look in the face when you in some sort of top)))

  • I LOVE UR VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • she mentioned that in the video :)

  • FIERCE outfit!

I haven't gone to clubs since they were called raves, LOL. But it was fun while it lasted. Another great video, you're always like a female friend I wish I had.

  • I'm not trying to sound like an asshole, but wtf is a ... " Disco Tek" that she mentions ? is that just another way of saying club in canada? Just curious :)

  • I was last year for me when it stopped being fun 27

  • After 50 its a drag, all the hotys think your a perv and It didnt take me long to start feeling like one.

I know your main videos are work out videos but I really like the tour videos to.

Extremely interesting just to see. thanksssssssss

  • I totally agree with you!

  • DAMN DAMN AND DAMN YOU LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!!!!! was that too many damns?

  • clubbing can still be fun if you find the right club for you.

  • yes it is..i love to dance..and since ur in great shape i would love tosee how u move on the dance floor

  • FIRSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

  • @CallofDavey FAIL!

  • Of course clubbing is still fun

  • @klined not quite sado

  • why are you so hot ?!

  • @MakaveliTheDon4Ever cuz she works out and takes care of herself lol

  • I don't have fun anymore as well; I rather stay home or go to a place where I can talk to my friends, relax and have fun.

  • it depends on who you are with : ) if you want to go to the clubbing

  • stunning

  • I agree! Im 28 and it gets old after a while and hard 2 do. My idea of fun fri/sat night is going to the video store with my gf and renting a good movie! And if shes not here than just sitting at home and playing my fav. video game, or going to a restaurant with my friends and enjoying a beer or 2 conversating.

  • cool vid 5 stars good job.

  • 30 is about the time that it's not fun anymore. I think it all depends on weather or not you have partied enough to get it out of your system. I'm from MN & we have more suburban type bars with music so it's not exactly clubbing & we have to leave by 2am so it's not so hard on the body! BUT Im still tired the next day coming in that late. When you are living a fit lifestyle I think the priorities lie elsewhere. Thxs for making me feel better about not going out until the wee hours anymore!

  • Are they both over 30? I thought Zuzana was around 27 ?

  • first comment :) one word... HOT!

  • nice vid ^^ 5/5

  • what happened to the camera?

    by the way 1st

  • yes hitting 30 is where you feel like you rather be chilling than going out clubbing. When I used to be 20 I would be like "im never going to be a 30 year old who does not go out and party"....SURPRISE HERE I AM RATHER CHILL... we are getting old..... :P

  • FIRST COMMENT!!!!!

Ummm.... Clubbing is stll fun for me so...

Just go to some Nu Metal clubs, Its more fun!!!

  • You are adorable. Take me with you to the party:)

  • Your abs are just... ohhh!!! God bless you for being so nice and beautiful and for sticking with your exercises.

  • 1st Comment(:

  • I'm still underage! :(

  • Agreed. As I get older, the less interested I am into the club scene. :)

  • Should you have the urge to go clubbing again go back and watch this video maybe it will change your mind. :D

  • what i dont get is when you go out with all guys...and even if they're not successful picking up girls, they still wanna go back to one of our houses and drink t'ill 7am.

what a waste..some of my friends are idiots when it comes to that. i'm 30 and i don't mind the club but the main reason is i just dont get out of control anymore.

  • You are lovely!

  • im 21 and i dont have fun anymore in the clubs ;)

  • Clubbing and fitness don't mix... The recovery time from a long night out is to long.. A good nights sleep is a important key to maintain any fitness level. However, once in a while we need to treat ourselves.. :)

  • Cool =)

  • You are very BEAUTIFUL without makeup

please do not put it in the next time.

  • well i never found clubbing fun... all my experiences were in places with bad music.. loads of people, loud. sweaty. loosing a night is bad for me.i can't do anything the next day. i also work out daily and i feel my body getting faf (i know its exagerated), i dont drink cause of the work out so that takes some fun out of the experience. overall clubing - bad! chillin in a coffee shop or somewhere outside in the fresh air with backround music chating with friends - good!

  • LULU lemon is from Canada! yay Canada!

  • Late 20's/early 30's is when I noticed I couldn't do the same thing with staying up all the time. Yeah, I thought the same thing... "oh dang, I'm getting OLD or something!"

Even midnight openings for movies are rough... get home at 2 AM and then wake up the next day at 6 AM to work a full day. Ugh!

I guess it's also just changing priorities, too. The older I get the more I find out that I care about other things. Spending time with friends rather than staying out late and partying.

  • You look so gooood!

  • definately not first

  • dude! camera guy you know like half the world is like jellous at you lol

  • it's sad to stop going out, but a lot nicer to have someone you love to be with at home. :)

  • Nice

  • I never found clubbing fun.

Paying money just to get into a shitty clubs with shitty music and overpriced alcohol. Then you are dealing with macho idiot guys and snobby sluts. You can't talk to anybody because the shitty music is blaring, and even when you can nobody has anything interesting to say because they are drunk and acting like morons.

  • I'm 21 and I started growing out of clubbing when I was about 18! Clubbing is tiring and as Fred said, not as amazing as you think it will be, once you're there. People might think it's strange for a 21 year old to say this...but I actually find clubbing to be a bit boring. I don't really like that kind of music, and I don't like dancing in public either, so I just stand there not knowing what to do except drink... yep I'm weird :p

  • I remember when I went every week, two times a week. I'd see people in their early 30's and I use to think "What are those old people doing here?" So I stopped going around the age of 28. One day we were told the club was closing due to the Washington Nationals stadium going up in it's spot. So a bunch of us that went when the club opened went for it's closing. I was 30 or 31. Yeah, wasn't the same. Wasn't as fun, and I was now an "Old person" to the kids going now.

  • first

  • to me clubbing got boring..is the same thing..

  • first

  • yes it is

  • wtf ?

  • Nice

  • That club looked like a blast to me!

Btw, dont pretend like you guys are old, you dont even look as old as you are =)

  • im 20 and clubbing is not fun when ur not drunk i dont think...i dont really like to drink and then have a hangover the next day...its kinda pointless :P

  • camera guy is a lucky man lmao

  • I love clubbing.

  • Thanks for your videos guys I am 29 I went to las Vegas recently and I feel like the club scene is not as exiting as it used to be. I definitely share you guys opinion I wonder how old are you too? maybe not a nice question you guys look super young must be the exercise

  • i completely agrre with u guys. I'm 34 and i'd just rather stay home watching a good movie or having a dinner party or even go to a pub with friends. I think it happens to the best of us.I also feel like its a passing of the torch to a younger generation( i've been there, done that sort of thing).

  • I will be 28 soon as well and clubbing is only for horny school kids looking to score that night.

  • I FEEL U

  • I'm 20 and I think clubbing isn't fun anymore. It was never fun. I'd pick a night at home anytime
