I got involved in this Amway thing about 3 months ago and I thought the people explaining it were being honest, and then some friends of mine showed me the Dateline video about Quixtar/Amway coupled with all of them telling me to run far away from this. I'm not registered with this "business" and never will be, too convinced it's a scam plus I've read their guilty of tax fraud and evasion.

I started checking this out, after a colleague cornered me in his office and busted out a tripod with a presentation: charts, graphs, etc., trying to convince me that this was a legitimate business. He gave me all these percentages, etc., and basically told me I could become rich from this thing, which I did not believe, of course. It's no coincidence that the craziest guy on my job is the one that falls for this bunk.

It's sickening my brother was suckered into amway and is still paying off the debt he acquired from the rallies they had from 10 yrs ago. He was so brainwashed with amway he destroyed life long friendships by shoving amway down everybody's throats . He would were a tuxedo at the damn grocery store saying "I dress for success" this is how brainwashed he got. Finally he acquired so much debt from the promotions he went bankrupt. Today he's a alcoholic ashamed of his past.

Quixtar is a joke, making NO ONE but the executives rich, including DeVos and Van Andel. I have been approached by numerous Quixtar (Amway online) agents in the Tampa Bay area and they all seem desperate. Why? Becuase they're probably spending more time and money then they're making.

Go to Quixtar's partners' main websites. Anywhere does it mention Quixtar? Not once do they say "A proud affiliate of Quixtar". Why do you have to go through Quixtar's main site? Why don't they have a link on affiliate's main site? Wouldn't you be so proud of your partner that you would make mention of their name? Those partner stores send you a bonus check because thats their way of saying, "Sorry your spending more on our products through Quixtar. Here's some consolation."

I tell people that I now make $500.00 to $900.00 in bonus check plus retail (on average $80.00 -$150.00 extra ).I'd made some very wonderful friends and we deeply enjoy working with each other.I dont believe in slamming people. I do lend cd's and books to people who can't afford them. Not everyone can afford to buy them so I help them and they response to that vs forcing them .I learn this from my upline platinum.
