  • Can someone exlain to me why the dealer dealt 2 more cards after the initial river card? I am obviously not a poker expert and have never seen this before. Just wondering why it was done.

  • @ebelingb Both players agreed to run the turn and river twice, giving a chance to Dwan's AK hand.

  • you should change the title from Durr calls down with ace high to Durr goes on tilt

  • RIP JABBA DA HUT

  • i think he was putting Antonius on A,Q or A,J, total air. Antonius havign the button played some part in his decision making process i'm sure.

  • Antonius: big neck, or small head?

  • @Veence1987 lmao

  • wow this is about the first realllllly bad play ive seen durr ever make. 100k more with ace high, really? just putting patrick on complete air KQ or sumthin i guess. as the saying goes thin line between genius and donkey

  • Dwan must have tourettes

  • sometimes you just have to make loose calls to maintain your image

  • Alan Meltzer died?

  • @Nemesis000000 yes.

  • all the swings in poker are just sick, Dwan sit down to play to win some money you know, but instead he loses more than 100,000 dollars. You go to play to win and instead you lose, and it's like 50% of the time you win 50% of the time you lose and Pokerstars takes all the rake and everyone loses alot of money. So in the end there is no money left

  • @Zee96969696 If your a brake even player then yes.

Get the volume in to beat the swings.

    good bankroll management.

you CAN win by only making money in 50% of your sessions. But its how well you play that decides how much you make and win in each different session.

Just make sure that you win more than you lose. Even if its a tiny amount, you still win.

  • @Daystodaze you are fool of enthusiasm now, but you play that game for long enough you will realise that no matter what you do you will loose unless you are a genius

  • i dislike titles which tell you what happens before you watch it, it makes the video less enjoyable i find

  • @junkrat1 From the title I thought Durrr called him down successfully w A high, that is until I saw P.A flop the 9....

  • '6:54' DAMNN thats a big nose....

  • dwans thinking... gamble! ahah

  • Why does it say he's got 6 outs? He's only got 4, we saw Meltzer fold an ace and Kaplan fold another...

  • @maidenman012 Because the producers are too lazy and/or stupid to factor that into their analysis. Patrik has zero outs here but they still say he has 4. watch?v=MbUDC_rSv3w

  • It's just amazing what level these guys are playing on... Could watch these two play forever.

  • durr 12 yo boy

  • rip meltzer

  • 6:39 "two times dealer". this dealer is like in every show, every final table of tournaments, everywhere, and Eli still calls him just "dealer", lmao :D

  • ali nejad.......stfu you are the worst tv presenter

  • Eli, you're a fucking little bit_ch. You need to shut the fu_ck up when you aren't in the hand.

  • @TheGolbez he started talking when all the action was over lol. you need to relax. do u think he's distracting the dealer or something?

  • @marshallbrooks1 No he actually spoke during the hand at 6:02 . It's not the first time he does it, he's known for talking during other players hand. He deserve to be shot gun.

  • @TheGolbez u think "only one extra chip" is a capital offense? damn i hope u dont ever run for an office

  • @marshallbrooks1 At these stakes yes its a major offense. The ONLY reason this guy is allowed to play with the others, is because he's a huge fish to them. Other than that, the guy is missing some serious manners, like the time he talks during a hand where Allen Cunningham has bet mistakently a 5000 chip instead of 500, he almost alerted everyone in the hand that it was the case, so Phil Ivey heard that and repoped him 15k with junk to make him fold. He has to learn to stfu.

  • @TheGolbez Eli= the mother fucking man. He never loses

  • @Erebus69 Your responded to your own comment...wow

  • i didnt know Jabba The Hut played poker

  • @NateHiggers52 Yeah at meltzer died recently. Show a little respect.

  • todd dwan is such a nit!!!

  • @binlizard Who is todd dwan?

  • @kngmatkng your son

  • ouch

  • Pause the video at 1:07. Kinda looks like a resemblance from the movie "Twins". LOL

  • Comment removed

  • @NateHiggers52 lol, very true, PA is godlike

  • RIP Alan Meltzer

  • Not a bad call at all.. just high variance one. If, like most small stakes & amateur players, Antonius' shoving range was just TT - > AA Tom would be in bad shape -- having about 20% equity when he needs something like 37% to make a call profitable. However, adding only a single bluff hand to Patriks range for making this move (we'll say AJ for shits and giggles) gives Tom 40% equity and the right price to call, and PA is capable of making this play with that hand.

  • Comment removed

  • @SunshineMcGillicutty

Agreed. Did you figure that equity out with poker stove or is it just something you calculated?

I'm trying to guess what PA is thinking/calculating on the flop. He's probably asking Dwan how much he has behind because he can't just shove Q9 if he had 200k behind instead of 100. As stacks get deeper Antonius can't profitably shove there since he'd lose too much money in case Dwan bet the flop with QQ-KK-AA.

For 100k I think shoving Q9s there is definitely profitable

  • @Foreverguga1 Well these two have played a ton each other so it's just a leveling (and luck) war. Here, PA knows there are more combos of AK & AQ than pairs, and even if Dwan bets this way with these holdings only, raising here is correct because Dwan's bet is made to induce a shove from AQ which would make AK (in theory) fold, and when getting called, it'd still have 30% equity (against TT-JJ).

So here he raises because he'll do it with AT-AK too, balancing.

That's why Dwan called unlucky chips

  • @zHqqrdz i think you're overanalyzing.

  • I never knew Krang played poker.

  • @ 7:32 Eli should stfu if he's not in the hand.

  • Dur did not have 6 outs but only 4 beacause Meltzer and Kaplan folded an Ace.

  • @NateHiggers52 Lol Meltzer was one of the most successful businessmen in the world and was far from a slob, do not judge a book by its cover, RIP Alan Meltzer

  • These 2 have a dynmic whee if patrik had aces, kings or queens he would have raised it preflop. They have played enough with eachother that dwan knows patrik can have a lot of hands on the flop. once patrik goes allin dwan should know patrik has either a really strong hand, or a bluff. his AK has 6 outs against strong hands, and is rougly a 75% favorite againt all buffs with dwan getting rougly :1 it meens patrik has to be bluffing quite a low percentage of the time for this call to be correct.

  • @SayNoobB4ULeave You can't expect P.A to be attempting a bluff move on such an extremely dry brd like that, that shallow and expect Dwan to buy it that he has nothing and his A high is good. When P.A knows how big a station Dwan is and that he is down in session and tilting making it even less incredibly likely he would ever fold something that P.A is currently beating. Because P.A would almost never try such a move here, Dwan leveled himself thinking that he was. He was tilted and stuck also...

  • RIP meltzer

  • Donkeycall :P

  • R.I.P Meltzer

  • @NateHiggers52 As soon as I saw Meltzer, I was going to write a comment referring to him. Then I saw your comment, decided it was perfect, and just liked it =)

  • @sikfreak6969 Since then the guy has died so at least try and show a little respect...

  • @Ac3Saint who died?

  • @Ac3Saint Durrrr died??

  • @Ac3Saint Durrr would have loved that joke so stfu and stop going around trying to find people that don't know about his death and saying show a little respect

  • @cdubmeyer He didnt die did he ? how?

  • @Ac3Saint who died?

  • @Ac3Saint Who dead?

  • @Ac3Saint who are you talking about?? LOL who died dude?

  • @KILLtheMESSENGER101 RIP Doyle

  • @Ac3Saint How does dying earn respect??

  • @poonk23

    lol dumbass

  • @poonk23 I don't think that's how it works. Running it twice does not double your probability of winning. It reduces variance.

  • Those small chips are bad luck anyways... ahahhaha

  • RIP Alan Meltzer

  • weird, I've seen some of his vids, and this is the first time I saw Durrr relying on sheer dumb luck, which he didn't get in the end...

But what game is this?? Texas hold 'em?? Why is there 2 additional cards after the river??

  • @lolipedofin Yes, it's Texas Hold 'em. Sometimes in cash games when players go all-in on the flop, they decide to deal the turn and river cards more than once. Here they decided to deal it 2 times. Patrik won both times so he got the whole pot. If an A or a K appeared one of these times they would split the pot, and if Durrr won both times the cards were dealt, he'd get the entire pot.

  • @metalrules13 Hey, do they do the same if its all in preflop as well? Thanks in advance

  • @jame55millie Yes, they can do the same thing for pre-flop all-ins as well, if the players involved decide to do so of course.

  • @metalrules13 Cheers fella

  • @jame55millie No problem mate.

  • 6:06 dwan's like; god, help me out here.. hahah

  • Terrible misplay by Dwan.

  • how big is ur bank roll b4 making THAT call !??

  • i think Tom put's him on 6/7 suited. in this case he holds slight favouritism and getting almost 2:1.

I'm no poker pro but i suppose this is the only way i think Tom is calling?

  • "It almost feels weird to see Dwan with a real hand."

  • @safferken *unreal

  • @safferken Yeah, he's normally seen with bio-mechanical hands.

  • @safferken ali has his comedic moments. he's not a bad player, neither. he just talks 10 times as much as anyone else at the table, and takes an eternity to make decisions, sometimes.

  • Inexplicably bad call by tom there?

  • Comment removed

  • ↓↓ 150$

  • Fucking guys fidgeting with their chips. Annoying as hell.

  • Is this the first time Dwan got felted on TV?

  • Eli never stfu. He is really annoying

  • ROFL @ Eli at 7:33 .... Aight ship it!

  • What season is this?

  • eli - awright sheep it :D

  • 07:57 LMAO

  • MR BEAN

  • It's funny how they mic Patrick up...don't want to miss any of the 5 words he'll say all session ;)

  • lol at dwans face @ 8:00.

  • It's easier to play balls out poker when money is no object. You lose, you have plenty more behind it. Durr and Patrick have it like that.

  • 9 times out of 10 when you make a call like this you lose.

  • the only question is whether patrik's play was a double or triple-range merge.

  • dwan got thoroughly owned in this hand. what a great play, hence dwan's eye roll at 8:06. can't believe antonious was able to own dwan in this fashion. a lot of leveling in this hand. pretty impressive.

  • Can we shut the commentary of forever? wtf

  • @HigherPoker maybe, but what im saying is eli is a donk that looks to flop a monster otherwise hell fold

  • patrik played a 1m$ pot with J9, so Q9 is easy game

    for him

  • eli needs to shut up

  • @asianmonk yeh im glad he finds it so funny when someone has lost 150k.

  • @superdave31 Yeah, he was particular rude in this case and there was absolutely no reason for it.

  • @asianmonk agreed he seems to talk when he shouldn't in these high stakes games.

  • Ugh, the turn was the 6 Eli would have struck gold with

  • @LisaJJMerry eli woulda insta folded to any bet on the flop

  • @superdave31 On a 9, 5, 3 board? Of course he wouldn't.

  • Meltzer seems like a nice guy when I have watched him play, but when he is sitting next to the picture of health Antonius it is hard not to notice that he is a tad out of shape.

  • why is every one so mean to meltzer? I meen the guy was in batman returns what have you done with your life?

  • @loco604 who did he play in batman returns??? i checked the entire cast and didn't see his name.

  • @OceanSkate401 the penguin!

  • @loco604 lol that was danny devito. sillyhead. i get what u mean though.

  • I wonder durrrr got pissed the fuck off my Eli at the end.

  • elezra got his dig sucked at 5:25

  • @nevahaftaworry hahahaha well noticed

  • @nevahaftaworry HAHA wtf is he doing!

  • @nevahaftaworry LMAO

  • Antonius' bet was perfect, it makes it look like he had AK suited or something like that and was trying to steal the pot on the flop

  • I hope he loses

  • Dwan makes a dont call

  • Nice top comments...

Meltzer looks like both of your mothers!

  • @darlan787845 YOU ARE AN IDIOT

  • @darlan787845 lol wtf, ye give money to this guy so he can play poker wih ur money guys

  • dwan must've thought antonius bluffs a lot in that spot

  • @julesickdrums I don't think Dwan expected Antonius to call such a big reraise preflop with any hand that had a 9 in it (which is why he said "nice hand" I bet). The two things he didn't count count on were 1) Q9s is in a weird twilight zone between categories of hands where you just might think about doing that, and 2) Antonius knows Dwan bluffs a lot, which justifies a slightly looser call than usual in that spot. Or at least that's my guess, I hate to sound like a Monday morning quarterback.

  • @number154 no, you're right, good insight/explanation on the hand dude :)

  • poker after dark is just to slow and gets a bit boring imo

  • nice call dur.

  • antonios looks like homer simpson and dwan looks like eddie munster

  • wow i bet i can do 3 eye blinks when patrik can do 1

  • KAPLAN = FUCK FUCK DONK

    PEAT = FUCK DONK

    MELZER = DONK

    ELEZRA = PRO

    ANTONIUS = POKER GOD

DWAN = SUPER POWER POKER GOD

  • @slatz20 how does durrrrs cock taste?

  • @blazer33x fy?

  • meltzer looks fat because he made so much fucking money playing poker the man could do an all you can eat at a five star restaurant..there's ar eason why he's chip leader on this table

  • I hate it how Dwan says "Nice hand" then looks away like he doesn't mean it.

  • @moonomatic if i say "nice hand" i never mean it^^. for me its more like an insult to some who played bad.

  • When I see Tom Dwan play...the 1st thing that happens usually is I vomit a little bit in my mouth. Play crap cards mostly...bet and call all the way down with nothing and occasionally suck out = TOM DWAN!

  • there wernt 6 outs.. meltzer and kaplan both folded an ace :s

  • if u all knew how much money Meltzer, u will all stop making fun of him, and start sucking on his balls.

  • @bill24681 I would rather have my looks than his money.

  • at 8:00 I thought dur was gonna kill me

  • meltzer looks like that guy who has been living on casino buffet food and vending machines for 40+ years

  • Meltzer is rich and don't give a shit about your commentaries

  • Meltzer looks like Penguin from Batman

    thumbs up

  • lmfoa at 8:07

  • i think Dwans thinking is that there is so many differnt straight draw combinations that PA would call like that pre flop and raise like that on the flop and if he does have a pair hes still got 6 outs. Plus its good for his crazy rep and he looks great if hes right.

  • LOL alan meltzer's face when he sees patrik and dwan flip their cards up "omg...thats like 200,000 cheeseburgers..."

  • dwan loves man meat

  • This, along with many other videos, show the difference between a HU specialist like Dwan vs other top pros. His legendary, multi-barrel bluffs are the stuff of legend, but it also shows a lack of caution in the face of very poor odds. That said, I wish I was Dwan. ;)

  • title should be "Tom Dwan is a big fish"

  • Tom Dwan is such a faggitt. I mean this kid has to be a flamer, just look at the queer. What a little pussy
