How can these idiots possible justify this. Unfortunately, it's about all you can expect from Canadian police ... usually it's a lot worse. They beat people (see Ottawa and Toronto), tazer people to death (see Vancouver) and now they shoot a cow that could have been easily caught and taken away. What's next?
