This way of enabling homescreen wallpaper and multitasking is too long and fidgety. Also, it is very likely for you to mess up. If you guys want an easier, faster way to do the exact same thing then follow the instructions below.

1. Download zToggle from Cydia

2. Enable whatever features you want - it is dead straightforward, no typing or anything

ps. you will have to reboot or respring after every feature you enable.

If anyone having issues on activating these both services, please make sure the file that you're editing already have this new codes. Browse and see, if it does then all you have to do is instead of "false" make it "true". Thats all. Good Luck!!!
