@seishikin Probably the best tip is to FEEL the music. Dance until you and the music become one, until there's no more "you" left, just the music and its flow. When you're no longer *thinking* about how to move your body, when it's so natural to you that it's like your heart beating, THEN you'll have mastered it. First and foremost, enjoy-enjoy-enjoy! the music and how it takes over your body and mind.

These are great, I am a mascot and power moves are out of the question since I am in a white polar bear suit and usually in venues with filthy floors. I have already learned a ton from these although some of the subtle footwork is impossible for me to pull off since I'm effectively wearing a loose fitting size 24 foam boot. Both I and all the people I make laugh and smile every week thank you; a top rocking polar bear is fun to watch.

just a little tip i got from learning from his videos just watch his feet carefully tak a week to understand it then take 2-4 days looking at how the hands flow with the feet and you'll know exaclty what to do :) this helped me so why not everyone else
