Hello I've been watching your videos and learning a great deal about diabetes. I am a Type 2 diabetic for 6 years. I have taken Actos 45 mg. for about 6 years. For the last 8 months I've been managing without help from medicine by diet and exercise. My last A1C was 5.8. Do you suggest for times I'm going to cheat say have pizza/cake or something like that do you suggest taking a lite Insulin shot to stop the spike effect? Or do you think I should ride the spike out as nomal. Thanks Frank!
