The new label is not going to change the fact that this stuff ferments and creates alcohol, diacetyl, and actyl methyl carbinol. YUCK!!! This stuff and Helios Brand made me throw up. Not exactly healthy... Try another brand, but make sure it doesn't contain yeast and other bacteria that are unhealthy.
Get some Kefir grains and make your own. It is easy and there is plenty of references on the net. Oh, and it is pronounced "keh-FEAR" not "key-fer"
