I swear, the creators of Dead Space should make a game about this book. The book has MAJOR potentiol to be the next thing on LucasArts. I was stuck on this book alot. i even re-read some pages because they were that good. When I played Battlefield, I seriously couldnt resists reading more and i set the game aside to read more. The book is really damn good, ending was alright but the book was really good overall. Definatly recommend you buy it.

I think most of them were alive zombies and the rest were the survivors like the Commander in the shuttle in the hangar. Before the survivors of the Purge went on the star destroyer there were not so many activated zombies and how to make the call else could.

But I think a movie would be a great idea. I love zombie-movies and I love Star Wars. So why not combine both? :D

theres this one part, where 2 of the main characters find a young wookie in a cell, whos freakin out over his families death, after the infection spread throughout the entire prison ship. and and they offer it to go with them to the escape pods, and and it doesnt want to go, and as their walking away a zombie eats the young wookie, and it screams in pain and agony as it is being devoured!! spooky shit, must read.

This trailer was amazingly well done. Excellent! If I were George Lucas and saw this, I'd write a cheque to the books author for the rights to the story, and commission the makers of this "trailer" to create an "official" one. I bought the book as a gift to my 14-year-old (after having read it myself!) and he loves it. The story itself takes place 19 years (give or take) before the events shown in "Star Wars: A New Hope". Sorry zzzolll, I disagree: the music is perfect, due to its dark theme.

Awesome video, with the same glamor that made me pick up the book. I was just so disappointed with the amateur writing style and shoddy plot. Zombies that follow orders and use weapons? Characters that just run around and die? Bioweapons that are more dangerous to the Imperials than their enemies? Han and Chewie being thrown into the book for no reason? Such wasted potential. P.S. Sorry to dis the book for those who liked it.
