That isn't an actress, she's a musician named Cherokee. She had a few albums out in the late 90s, like "Soul Parade" and "..Love". The woman can actually play guitar pretty well, and does so on her records. Furthermore, why wouldn't she know who the band AC/DC is? Her music is infused with a whole eclectic range of influences, not just R&B.
