I love Steve. He really laid the foundation. I am sort of an alcoholic myself, so I understand somewhat what he went through. There is nothing to be ashamed of, none of us are perfect. This guy is one of my favorite guitarists.

@PhilsMyRockGod Hi great video, you've done a really good tribute to Steve =D Just one question though how did you get the videos coz I've been searchign for ages for something that works to get the vids..
@Jackalofhighwater I made this one just about 4 years ago, I think. I downloaded the videos from various places and friends and such. The other vids, I've made were from videos I was able to transfer from a DVD.
nice montage brother, you can see the kid in steve the kid that picked up a guitar and trapped himself inside his room learning to express himself through it while others were outside playing, what a fantastic guitarist and what an amazing band one othe rare ones that clicked
Steve you were just to cool!! I never really knew except for Photos & Videos, I think about you everyday!! Miss U Much!! You and the rest of your band I really loved you guys!!

That was breathtaking and hearbreaking -- thank you so much for putting that arrangement together. What a perfect song for your clips. Thank you again!!
I was staying at a friend's house in the philippines when i learned of his death 4 days before my b-day. the article said something like "Sorry but i have to start wid a bad news. Steve clark, guitarist of def leppard was found dead in his hotel room yesterday" i still got that HYSTERIA tour poster ...
Pete had played most of the spotlight during the early 80s. Steve was the heart and soul of DL. Steve made the all white Les Paul Famous. Great player, Monster guitar player.

Steve Clark...you changed the way i looked at music, the guitar and life. You played with a style that i never heard before. It has been 18 years since u have left this Earth and went on to a better place. Remember Steve Clark, his music, his life and his untimely death.
ya know, as sad as I was to hear of Steven Clark's passing, and after seeing another rock God, Steven Adler, I am glad Steve Clark is out of his pain and not suffering like Adler. As much as I miss Clark, he is out of pain....and as much as I would love for Clark to still be here with us, he would always be suffering...RIP, sweet thing! ~God Bless~~
i completely agree. i have thought of that too. and what gets me is that he didn't think he was good enough. but if only he could see now all these comments and such of people mentioning him as a guitar legend and inspiration.

There should be a sixth member in Def Leppard - Stephen Maynard Clark.
"I keep the Faith and there's a reason why......"
Isaiah 26 v 19: "Your dead ones will live - they will rise up. Awake, you residents in the dust. The earth itself will give birth to those in death."
We'll be waiting - we want guitar lessons from you!
God will bless you, Steve.
