  • What I have noticed within this weighloss community is that everyone has a different way of losing weight.....something that may work for you, may not work for me, however.....I respect everyones choices and we all need to do what works for us! After all we are all individuals and everyones bodies respond differently to different foods! Some people just don't get it!

    While I agree with some of what he said I firmly believe we have to do what works for us.

    I know I would not do well if I ate processed foods but that is how I am. At least you are aware of what processed foods are and do your own cooking.

  • That is silly- because you can snack continuously even on the Raw Food diet- its more about your metabolism. Whether you choose to go processed or not, you need to eat if you need to eat.

  • I think that we all have to figure out our own plan, if one plan worked for everyone then we would all be on it, right?

    I'm sorry that someone questioned your plan, but perhaps he was looking for your best interests, even though it came out critical? Maybe benefit of the doubt? I don't know.

  • regaurdless of trying to be helpful... he didn't have to be so rude about it.. the point is everyone .. goes in stages and i'm not saying my food is great bla bla bla i'm just making way better choices then i was and i am trying to log it for my own sake.. I plan to work in more fruits and veg if possible.. I know they are great but i' think i'm doing good anyway .. thanks for watiching

  • First off- You know already that you are healthy! Packaged food are always going to be around! for some people fresh foods are not long last filling! Fuck anyone who says you should decide how to eat! That guy should re-think what he types! You are eating healthy, why should it matter if it's packaged?!?!? Urgg I hate HATE Comments!!! I'm glad you got fired up! Keep at it! We LOVE MOLLY and her FOOD!!!!!

  • and if you're working out like that, all the more reason to get your calories from foods that will provide that. i know you cant change everything overnight, i was simply pointing out the lack of nutrition in the snacks which actually take up a lot of your set calories.

  • my intention wasnt to upset you. i realise you're 4' 10". i see you're making positive changes and that's great. i intended to help you with that. i would say 0% of people that work out at a gym and are serious, go to mcdonald's afterwards. what's wrong with bringing fruits/vegetables to the gym if you're going to eat later. it isnt an either/or. mcdonald's or your snacks. there are better options. i stand by what i said, dont shoot the messenger, your excuses are just excuses. hit and miss.
