You can call it whatever you want, but it frees up your left foot to whatever you want with it. Also your doubles are not even at all.

and when you are playing either 32nd or 64th notes? on the snare drum for fills.. can't really tell you just kind of spaz out.. but it sounds very uneven by the time you get to the end of the fill, most likely your forearm muscles are tensing up too much.
