No No, the first generator feeds into the second, the second turns the first. This will work as long as that gel cell car battery on the right holds out. Each time the generators turn 1 revoluation, a small amount of energy is lost. That energy is replaced by the gel cell car battery. When that battery runs down, both generators will stop. Although in my opinion it is not converting since converting to me suggests that the energy is converted and then used up. It is not used up. The heat is converted, not the gravitational force. The heat is used up and then replenished by gravity, which is not used up.

The forces involved in the earth's rotation and orbit heat the core. The scale is almost incomprehensible but it's still potential energy that will be dissipated as heat.
