I've had a lot of different "favorite song" shifts the more I've listened to Tool. Discovered them about 5 years ago--making me 8 at the time--playing Guitar Hero. About a year later I get the bright idea to look them up on Youtube, fall in love with Forty-Six & Two and the Pot. After that I loved Sober, Lateralus (still my fave amongst faves), Opiate, and definitely Eulogy. By now I"m recently turned 13 can honestly say that if the song is written by Maynard James Keenan I love it automatically

They're great, and they made some of the best songs ever (A Day in the Life, Eleanor Rigby, Hey Jude, Yesterday, etc.), but I don't think they're the "best band ever" like a lot of people say. Tool is slightly better, in my opinion, but that's probably just because of my taste in music. I like metal, punk rock, hard rock, and some classic rock, NOT any of that new pop crap that uses no real instruments whatsoever. Tool is far better than most of the stuff recorded today.
