@traumschmied Thanks for the positive comments. Model is 1:120 scale from plans I drew up myself using Conways.
Model is balsa with the hull sheathed in adhesive metal car tape.
Started in 1980 would you believe but stored for over 20 years till I retired. It still took years to get to the current state finally getting into the water in 2010!
