I think for the quality, not to mention 30gig of samples, it's a pretty fair price. Although admittedly I'm going to wait for it to drop to about £150. If you think this is expensive just take a look at other products on the market by other companies with big sample library's, such as East West.

I don't think people realise how much work goes into making these products. As stated below, if you don't want to pay for professional produced library's sample your own.

A lot of people misunderstand this Drum Synth, Heaviocity make this plugin, NI just market it as a great addition to Maschine and the overall KOMPLETE line up. These sound amazing and you can make your own loops, chop em up, effect the components iindividually on the fly, this would be ideal for live performing and beat making in general. You can do so much more than this obviously, huge library of sounds.

NI was kind enough to send this off to me. It's well worth the money, and I'm GLAD the high priced it. It allows you to separate from everyone else and forces you to play producer within your means.

Guys, yes this is a pricy library but they put alot of good work into this and it's a 30gb library with it's own custom user interface. I would like to have it but I don't think I need a library of this calibeer considering what i would use it for. But that doesn't mean it's not worth it. A limited version for 100 bucks or so would be right up my alley.

Sure, it's pricy as hell, and it's not for everybody, but it's still a good job done by NI.

It's not something everybody wants or needs, but so what? The same can be said for every NI-product. And actually, this could fit into almost anything, as long as people use it right. It isn't about the tools you use, but how you use them.

I will be buying this for my ambient electronic jazz. Deal with it.
