  • Greetings from Czech republic. Really nice work, man. I've been watching your videos and have to admit you have the skill! :) Talking about the oil based clay - I suggest you dont put it on the car as you will have issues with adhesivity of next layers of fillers that will be applied. Im looking forward finishing your project. Cheers!

  • @ParadiseCustomsCZ Thanks, yeah I am not using oil based clay. The clay that I am using now is a special industrial design clay. You can see me using it in the next few videos 66 - 71.

  • I just finished watching all the videos from the beginning to the end. I only just discovered your project a few weeks back and its been awesome looking through your videos. I wish you the best of luck with the project and look forward to comming videos and I have no doubt its going to be wonderfull when its finished. Also let me just add... omg you are a crafty fella! :D Welding, molding, computer redering, electronics ... you just keep on showing new stuff you can do. Its a joy to watch.

  • @Tonseren Thank you for all the great complements... Yeah I am the kind of person that if I need something done I just learn it and do it. I like to learn new things and challenging myself constantly, It Keeps life interesting...

  • Why dn't yu try to use fiberglass for the big things like dashboard. molding the body, i think is cheaper but is hard to work on fiberglass, i will wait till the car is done. i would like to know where you live so i can take pictures when the car is done :D keep it up! great work :D

  • I have the utmost respect for your project ! I got here because I really dream of starting my own project like this, but im lacking both the place and the coin! But very nice work! I love the design, so keep it up !

  • hay whan are you going to poot more videos on your web site ang please hurry up i rilly wont to see the finish prodect and see it run and what it sounds like!?!

  • Thank You for the mention. Can I play with the clay also? =D

  • @llDeonxll Yeah dude! Come join in on the fun. LOL I Need to order more clay. I think i may send the CM-70 Back and get more of the Y2-Klay instead. I only ordered two chunks of the Y2-Klay.

  • what are u going to do about the audio in the car?

  • while watching this vid(i've been following the blade from the start) i suddenly realised howmuch respect guys like pagani and koenigsegg really deserve, ok they got money, but evenso they handcrafted flawless works of art.

when i see you talk about producing stuff that needs to be moulded don't you ever get nightmares about going bankrupt before the finished produceable product? seems a huge logistic task to me trying to calculate the costs at this point!?

    greetings

  • @milootje007 Not really nightmares (anymore) haha. But yeah its stressful because the one thing holding me back is the funding. If I had that it would be finished already. But that's how the cookie crumbles. I have invested most of my extra cash into this project and its not going to stop anytime soon. I manage my funds pretty good, that's why its sometimes slow moving. All it takes is about 90% Passion and 10% Crazy to keep moving forward. LOL.

  • @BaileyBlade :) i hope from the bottom of my heart you (eventually xD) succeed.

Your doing a great job and it's really nice (and rare) to be able to follow such a project.

p.s. check out this channel, it features a fully documented, professional restoration of a porsche 917.

/user/teamgunnar#p/u/38/zaUHZQoG2BY if this doesn't interest you i eat my hat. lol

  • @milootje007 Also one of the main things that keeps me motivated is I like showing people how an average dude like me can do what seems impossible to others. This is a huge task but it snot impossible. Like you said you have respect for koenigsegg and the likes... the first koenigsegg was build in a shed very much the same way that I have started my project.

  • there on ebay are some hd spy glasses so you could have your hands free while recording . or maybe a go pro rig for the head or chest? don't you think ?

  • @luisalbcarvajal Yeah I thought about doing something like that. Will have to experiment and see if I can make that work.

  • @BaileyBlade Gopro hero 2 ftw :D

  • Great videos as per usual, I'm really interested in seeing how this progress's as I'm currently rebodying a Honda Beat (Front and rear clamshell) so will be looking out for so tips.

If you would like any drawings or design work done I'd be free to lend a hand towards this awesome project :)

  • @RouteZeroDesign Thanks, yeah check out all my videos I have all kinds of tips throughout them. Feel free to send some images, I am always looking for people to help with certain things on the car.
