fyi all DJ's use laptops now with a new program called serato. even DJ AM uses it. and please look closely, she's still using turntables only that it's hooked up to serato so that it's easier to search for songs. read up on your serato knowledge before commenting.

some people do use "vinyl with serato". at some point in their set you will see them remove 1 serato record and replace it with a real record. maybe even a few times.

you're gonna confuse people if one of those 7 days of the week you say "come check out my set tonight! i'm using vinyl!!" and then proceed to play your whole set using serato.

that's how it is. hopefully somebody who reads this stupid shit and actually wants to learn about djing learned something from that.
